I’m paying for the service I expected it to work. If not, I expect a discount on my bill this month because this is ridiculous.

bc_2027 (@bc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Just ch 199 in Victoria . I just got thru on phone. Agent has worked with back office and confirmed the issue. Back office is escalating with channel provider. “THe Frame” Said it might take a day or two but should be fixed. Cheers.

The most likely case is sheer incompetence given what we know about the structure within Rogers/Shaw, but our narrative sounds better. Indoctrination broadcasts will resume ASAP.
