Hour and a half to get the Internet going. @shawhelp is actually worse than Teksavvy and Primus combined. They simply refuse to provide a service that doesn't drop 20 -30 times a day. Seriously @Shawhelp How much money do you require to provide me a good connection?

  • carschick caryn (@carschick) reported

@ShawInfo i have been on hold for 1.5 hours for customer service now and that doesn't include earlier when you guy Germain hung up on us. Our internet is ****** and I need it fixed asap. Its been crap for months now.

  • allen_jessica Jessica Ruth (she/her) (@allen_jessica) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Shawhelp hi, our internet is going down frequently today and has been spotty all week. Are there any known issues that could be causing this? Thank you.

  • CDN_BRD Canadian Bird. (@CDN_BRD) reported

@Shawhelp what's going on with the outage in Downtown/Exchange Winnipeg? We've been told "problems with a node" no ETA to fix. I have to log into work tomorrow. You must have some idea of when this will be resolved?

  • CookeGeoff Geoff cooke (@CookeGeoff) reported

@allen_jessica @Shawhelp Hi Jessia, we've looked into your issue, and all we can figure is that maybe Joey or Louie are chewing on your internet cables.

  • amdacosta06 Ann-Marie (@amdacosta06) reported

@Shawhelp is internet service down in Maple Ridge? Cut out around noon today and hasn’t come back since

  • DerickEvolved Derick Campbell (@DerickEvolved) reported

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp hey our Shaw bandwidth has really become terrible in the last 1-2 weeks here in Saskatoon. Is there something going on?

  • lynztay Lynzie Taylor (@lynztay) reported

My 90 year old grandpa literally goes days at a time without tv because @ShawInfo can’t get their **** together. Can’t wait to get him switched to Telus at the new house

  • AnotherNisha Nisha 🏳️‍🌈 Poet Laureate (@AnotherNisha) reported

@JulieRohrYEG @ShawInfo We wired ethernet cables through the whole apartment (and have wired through the heat vents/staircases) from the router - a 50ft cable can be like $30 and you can get longer ones online. We can handle multiple zoom calls at once with no problem now.

  • __Triish__ Sunaii (@__Triish__) reported

@Shawhelp Instead of monitoring it just fix it. It has been out for quite a long time.
