@Shawhelp Good afternoon! It’s cold here in Vancouver, we’re expecting another snowstorm, we’re off and it’s a perfect day for catching up on programs we weren’t able to watch the last couple of months. And Shaw is down again, yet the outages site says there are none.

@Shawhelp The big issue is the original box I got from #ShawCable when I renewed my contract in September was the wrong box and not supporting channels for the package I have. Then shaw sends refurbished box for the replacement of the original so technically I never had a new one..
