WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

Go try call @TELUSsupport for help, good luck. They screwed up my bill, I tried to call, auto callback assurance in an hour, waited and sure it rang, tried to talk, was put on hold for 10 min. then got disconnected. Grt svc #telus to a lifetime cust, time to switch @Shawhelp.

@KolbyRizzo @ShawInfo It can be configured for that. I use it through a regular browser for now. Mobile versions are available. Their office/computer complex is actually in the side of a mountain in Switzerland. So far I have never experience a glitch of any kind. They share 0 information.
