I had to answer in the negative to the survey questions at the end, but there was no way to express that I WAS very satisfied with the person who helped me. He did all he could. Just bc Shaw didn't have the service I wanted is not his fault.

It’s now Wednesday. Let this be a lesson to anyone signing up for any Shaw products. You’ll be disappointed and not get your $ back.
