WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

@Shawhelp 4 years as a shaw customer and I upgrade to Fibre+ only to find out port forwarding is basically not possible anymore. Tech support said they won't help. Very unimpressed.

@Shawhelp My family has been dealing with issues from you for over 2 months, we have had 5-10 service members out to bandaid the problem. Obviously we still have issues as the problem is not being addressed. Replacing a router won’t fix a faulty underground line in our area…
