Greg Dickson (@gregbd) reported@ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp I had a similar problem in 1998 and until I got a manager in the phone, they didn’t figure out that there was a problem with the buried cable coming to the house. The ran a temp cable from the light pole. Fixed the problem. Then next spring they traced the buried cable.

At this point I will also be lodging a complaint with the BBB and the CRTC to investigate these predatory actions, I caught you, I'd hate to see who didn't. @cbcfifth
