Shaw Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ChrisLaBossiere Chris LaBossiere 🚠 (@ChrisLaBossiere) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@ryzshrn @Shawhelp @TELUS Ug!!! It’s just so maddening. $150 a month for SHITTY tv service.

  • yycmediagal YYC Media Gal (@yycmediagal) reported

@Shawhelp Hi, There are no service outages for #YYC listed on that page. We checked that page last night as well. There was no customer service available either.

  • jeff_paulus Jeff Paulus (@jeff_paulus) reported

@Shawhelp I think we are headed for a breakup and for once it's not me, it's you! For the past month now my Bluecurve has checked out more times then me watching a baseball game and while you have tried to salvage the relationship several times it is still not working!

  • JonLueke Dr. Viking Hat. (@JonLueke) reported

@ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp @TELUS It really depends on "what's available" in your area. There's no Telus Fibre Optic where I live, but the "Shaw cable utility box" is on my property. From a customer service perspective, I would have already switched. I'm a captive audience, based on what's available.

  • FerdaaFN Ferda (@FerdaaFN) reported

@favsfn @Shawhelp Cuz I have and this **** is annoying bruh and my new house already has Shaw I wanna switch to Telus Fiber

  • Rugbyplayer Derek Coke-Kerr 🇨🇦🏉 (@Rugbyplayer) reported

@ShawInfo BLUECURVE impossible to watch right now as the worlds worst internet supplier cannot keep its promise to deliver service. #Yeg #yyc

  • Joe8Pack The Progression (@Joe8Pack) reported

Pt 2 > It was clearly communicated to us that we got the $200 dollar credit. The service does not start until the 31st and yet we saw yesterday that our credit card had already been billed for the first month IN FULL. @Shawhelp, if this is how it STARTS, we may have to cancel.

  • favsfn favs (@favsfn) reported

all i want for christmas is for @Shawhelp to fix their ****** internet

  • RobRegion RobCapitalRegion 🇨🇦🇩🇪🇪🇸 (@RobRegion) reported

@ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp @TELUS Same since March w Shaw and Telus is no different. The problem is, there is no regulation (and I’m not suggesting a regulated solution) for what they do on the retail side. They can sell you whatever speed or channel they want. If they don’t deliver there is no recourse at all.

  • jwloco Jerry winslow (@jwloco) reported

@Shawhelp Maybe someone should add it to the service outage alerts as the shaw site still says there are no outages in my area.
