@Shawhelp Called today when my Internet and TV were out. Told that nothing can be done till tomorrow morning because it’s not a big enough problem. Told to figure it out until then. What do I do when I have to be online at 9 am.

@Shawhelp The Internet is out in SE Edmonton (Whitemud & 17th), and as usual, Shaw is NOT showing the outage on the map. No I won't DM my account info, I got in my car and went to local biz's and they are out too.

@Shawhelp Also everytime I talk to tech support, the issue isn't happening at those moments and it's ALWAYS "we don't see any issues on our end..let's reboot and see what happens..."
