    Officially switching from @ShawInfo to @TELUS because of @ShawInfo bad customer service, bad connectivity and lack of transparency in sharing estimates about outage times.

    One year into a global pandemic, @ShawInfo has demonstrated themselves to be an unreliable and frankly unpleasant service provider. I am not impressed.

    @Shawhelp Completely unacceptable, and your website doesn't indicate an ETA as to when we can expect services back online. High rates and poor service from you guys time and time again.

    @Shawhelp This does not explain how a multi-billion dollar corporation, with customers province-wide, does not have a plan in place for network redundancy in the event of a catastrophe. Redundancy is a must in the ISP world, especially to avoid these types of issues.
