    I’ve been with @Shawhelp for about 4 Years and haven’t had any issues until @Rogers took over. Absolutely the worst internet service ever, the customer service team are very impatient, and the prices are terrible. I am a Rogers user and do not recommend anyone to use @Rogers

    @Shawhelp I was in the queue and then the page crashed …after being number 79. Seriously disappointed in service decline lately.

    I love when @Shawhelp has random outages before their scheduled maintenance outages. But since I’m not technically a Roger’s customer, their customer service can’t help/notify of the outage 🙄

    @Shawhelp We can change the password no problem on the webmail site. This photo came from my phone so this is were the IMAP’s problem is. I am On a iPhone I can change it on the app and this still happens even after I have restarted my iPhone. I spoke to someone at the London drugs and he

    @TSN_Sports @Shawhelp why does F1 sound like they are yelling down a tin hallway? It's only the show, not the commercials. It's awful. It was both TSN channels(practice and qualifying)

    @Shawhelp my internet has been out for almost 3 hours now. I’ve tried to get ahold of support but it kept cutting out. I finally got through to someone and they’re making me wait until tomorrow to send someone out to fix. Please help!

    Hey @FP_Champagne so you allowed the Shaw/Rogers merger to happen, now there are hundreds of thousands/millions of users with no internet or phone service in many parts of Canada. What gives? Time to start giving these conglomerates LARGE fines! @ShawInfo @Rogers
