@ShawInfo im getting really tired of the wifi cutting out around 1-2 am EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. Im only able to fall asleep with youtube on and this makes that impossible. Also, because of this issue my grandmother’s cellphone data was used up even when she was at home

@Shawhelp help! My blue curve home app " can't find my account". How do I reset pods? Wifi is connecting , but the pods are blinking, and won't let me connect my PC to the internet. Have been using these since the summer, first issue, sucks trying to work from home 🙄😡

Someone from @SaskTel reach out to me. Because I am tired of paying for Internet 300 from @ShawInfo and getting garbage speeds and being told everything is fine and to reset my modem... again!

@ShawInfo good afternoon. just wondering if you have any suggestions for me. We have been having issues with our internet cutting out more frequently and it’s starting to get frustrating. We do the whole unplug the coaxial and the modem and it usually starts to work again. Tips?

@Shawhelp trying to stream a show & it's buffering every 30sec - 1 min. Been kicked out 3 times in 45 mins. Hubby was kicked off Zoom meeting once. Have reset & turned off the WiFi on idle devices. Never had an issue with streaming & running a meeting b4. Lakewood SC, Saskatoon

@Shawhelp Hi. Any issues in the Fort McMurray, Alberta area. Both the CBC News Network and The Weather Network as well as City TV HD are all saying Not Authorised. I do have them. Is it them and not Shaw?
