    @Shawhelp I'm now on day 3 without internet. I contacted support and they gave me case number CCS000011835796. Please have a manager contact me with a resolution timeline. This is atrocious service and I'll be cancelling as soon as I'm able

    @Shawhelp Hello Folks : First “Happy New Year” to you all !! I need to get in my modems properties and thus want to log in. Typical methods are not working. Can you help please ? I have Rogers with Shaw modemalmost 8 months old.

    @Shawhelp There was no known outage. My mo-... *sob* my modem reached the end of it's lifecycle. It died doing it's duty; providing me with high speed internet access both via internet and Wi-Fi. *sob* I am forever grateful for its service and will cherish the memories we made.

    @Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Winnipeg. North Kildonan region? Myself and Shaw using neighbors are all having issues this morning. Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway
