@TELUSsupport I can not believe after 8 weeks, 3 modems, 5 service tech visits and numerous phone calls I STILL don’t have wifi. Unbelievable bad service. @Shawhelp @TELUS

@allenmobile @Shawhelp @TELUS Cams use the upload stream more than the download stream—that’s where my issue is. When I check my cameras remotely, I get a lot of buffers because my plan’s up speed is not enough. TELUS’s 75 plan also has the same up speed. We use Netflix 4K so I went with Shaw instead.

@Shawhelp in #yql and out Shaw box just went down. Now we have military time displayed on the front and no guide. Also box is completely unresponsive.
