    Going to deal with @Shawhelp tomorrow re yet more issues with this pathetic Gateway PVR I was given a couple of years ago. (What a piece of ****.) Not expecting much help. They think the equipment is flawless & the customer is clueless. #insulting

    BEST PART after repairing the malfunctioning hardware causing our intermittent wifi issues (Shaw’s problem, not mine!) the @ShawInfo tech misdiagnosed our Ethernet issue. I graciously offered him coaching.

    @Shawhelp It’s never worth it. Your people already know what the problem is - and it IS your problem as it only affects 1 channel meaning that the feed you are taking and relaying is flawed. All other channel were fine.
