    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp, it is astounding that your help line tells us that our inability to use our email is literally beyond your scope to help. Telling us that we must only use webmail, and while we are dealing with a family emergency while info exchange matters. You are terrible.

    @Shawhelp Thanks, but what’s to “take a closer look at”? You don’t have enough tower coverage in parts of Langley, especially Walnut Grove. No fix on my account is really going to help that, right?

    @Shawhelp Home phone unfortunately my list is now full. I have an anger problem so i block people all the time. I keep getting scam phone calls telling me my visa and computer are compromised I dont even have a visa and theres nothing wrong with my pc
