    @richardzussman There is a limited number of phonelines/region. Each call probably takes 10-15 min. It would really help to have the feature that @Shawhelp provides that let's us know an estimate of the wait time. Even better, provide the ability for a callback like provided by ShawTech Support.

    @Shawhelp So far everything is good with BlueCurve TV on the Chrome. Only thing that is odd is that I had to power-cycle my Gateway modem to get my network printer back online this morning.

    @Shawhelp I was doing it online, that is problem, why asks from the pin that should be used through phone? Can it do single sign on with the myshaw app or even just ask me to login with credentials and MFA. I don't mind that
