@MooseBeSocial @Shawhelp Careful if you cancel with Shaw. They didn't send me a final bill with a correct total until after they sent it to collections. They said I should have over paid them beforehand so this didn't happen. Telus isn't great but better than trying to screw with your customers

@Shawhelp Even asked to speak to a manager and@was told there was t anyone available. Seriously?? What’s tech support have to do with giving me my channels where i was told it would be included and now Shaw wants an extra $7/mth? And I mentioned the My Shaw not working to support.

@Shawhelp I get not wanting to diagnose over social media. I'm only hear to try and spread the word it might be something else. It could just be something on my end. Last time this happened it was not just a me issue and Shaw did in fact mess something up. Maybe it is maybe it isn't idk.

@ShawInfo has to be the worst cable and internet provider in Calgary. Switched from #telus and their customer service reps are useless. Time to switch back to Telus after only a week.

@Shawhelp The support team just wastes your time for 2 hours then books a service tech that's a week out. Funny how everyone all around gets the exact same service call timelines. Now the my Shaw app will not work and the chat feature seems to be having problems as well.
