@RogersHelps I tried Rogers with Shaw chat support but they no longer seem to have ability for us to add a screenshot for troubleshooting. I just posted 2 screenshots on @shawhelp messaging. Can I get help there or should I repost to your messaging? Thanks for still being here!!

@Shawhelp I tried to speak to someone about the outage in Port Moody via the app, it links live chat to my Rogers mobile account and says that I don't have internet services with you but I do. Very poor user experience. Also there is no phone number provided. Shaw was way better.

@Shawhelp @Shawhelp yes agreed and it would be helpful if you had a public resource not one only within your account. Even when I look in our account it simply only says network outage since 7:35am and that it is being looked into. @bchydro does this very well and is transparent

@Shawhelp The site keeps hanging. I get an error saying to wait or close the site. It’s slow as heck. The site shows an error saying it can’t pull up billing information. Shows a $0 balance when it’s not.

.@ShawInfo You are blocking my personal emails to any Shaw email customer. How do I change this? I sent a simple email with an inoffensive graphic, and it triggered some sort of block.
