    @Shawhelp I am a new/returning customer and have yet to receive my hardware. (1 week) I have, however, received my bill. I have tried reaching you by phone and through your system MANY times but to no avail. Is this the service I can come to expect from Shaw? CANCELLING!

    @ShawInfo Except apparently if you have walls or corners in your home then wifi doesn't work no matter how much you pay. You guys have too many gimmicky promotions that punish loyal customers.
