    @Shawhelp When ever you try to contact shaw it's so frustrating can't do chat can't phone them just wait for hours .shaw support system sucks

    @Shawhelp hello. I’ve been having an ongoing problem with the picture flickering and then the audio cutting out for a second or two on one of my PVRs. It can happen every few seconds or few minutes.

    @Shawhelp My dad dies July 25, 26th I use chat to cancel service. Week later chat again to get the final bill. After that I phone. Was told to visit store. Visit store and chat and call again last week as still no bill.

    @ShawInfo doesn't give a **** about people. Explained multiple times that because the government has withheld CRB since NOVEMBER I can't magically pay them. Instead of being understanding, they charged me interest and cancelled my account anyway. After 10 years. Nice work guys.🤬

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Received a text msg saying, "you successfully made changed your rate" I did not make the change. I phoned the number provided. Received no help, tried to chat online, no help.
