@DuncanKetcheson @Shawhelp I'm pretty sure it has to do with the construction they were doing last year that they didn't finish, and the ground thawing out now. The lines were suppose to be replaced but it never happened yet

The answer from @ShawInfo: Good morning! I'm sorry to hear about the poor experience! The BlueCurve modem is not discontinued. Only the older Hitron modem is discontinued and we would still like them back! (1)

@Shawhelp You guys don't make it easy. This is the tv in our lunchroom at work. We have your satellite on the roof and we have no picture quality at all and this has been happening for yrs. I am not the customer it's the city of Mississauga that is.
