    @Shawhelp I tried one, but we can’t reply to any of them, other users were able to post messages that they were also having problems. So, users can post a topic message, but nobody can reply.

    @Shawhelp Hello. I need some help with something. I recently got a new TV, and the cord from my Shaw Box won't fit into my new TV. The adapter on the end of the cord is too big.

    Tried to login to my @Shawhelp Mobile account using SMS 2FA. Somehow ended up with 6 one-time codes, and none of them worked. Tried the email option, which I got 20 minutes later. Nicely done, Shaw. When 2FA doesn't work, people can't access their accounts. We know that, right?
