    @Shawhelp Yesterday, a life safety issue. I told Shaw and begged a call. They declined, in writing. #DANGEROUS

    @Shawhelp I’ve done that. Talked to rep he said he would call back internet has cut out twice. Spent 22mins on hold again to get the call disconnected again! No one has called from the ticket I made. This needs to be resolved or I will have to call sasktel to come in and install internet!

    @brettdrc Support is non-existent, by design. They bundle mobile, home phone and internet. Billing is confusing, and inaccurate. Thwy refuse to help, in writing, even regards life safety, Beware @Shawhelp

    @ShawInfo your tech support just told me our router’s sudden inability to broadcast ipv6 connections to any devices in the house, is due to every one of our devices being faulty, and not your alibaba express *** router

    Dear @Shawhelp, If you suggest I upgrade my wifi to 1 gig download speeds, what kind of speeds should I expect? Because the fancy new modem you sent me is delivering the same speeds as the last modem. I went from 500 mb to 200 sometime last fall and it's never been the same.

    @Shawhelp I could not connect Shaw mobile on my iPhone or other devices. So I called on my Shaw Home Phone. The rep was an idiot. They would not act, except to offer to flash tge home modem. My issue has nothing to do with the modem in my home! Engineered confusion, by Shaw
