JFC! I've been trying for the past two weeks to switch from @ShawInfo to @TELUS and this is a bloody nightmare because THEY'RE BOTH BLOODY AWFUL AND THE MONOPOLY OF THIS MARKET IS SO FRUSTRATING!! NOW YOURE TELLING ME APRIL 9TH??? NO!!! **** OFF!!!

@Shawhelp I got lucky I found it but it didn't solve r problem on getting r home services hooked back up which we desperately need wife is trying to find a job and can't without internet and that's going to hurt us financially in the long run with me only bringing in income !

@LoudMthBrownGrl @Shawhelp I'm having the same issues with a couple of channels such as Slice. Completely jumbled up, picture is broken with pixels and other images. At times completely unwatchable. I've done a box reset. What's going on?

@Shawhelp just had the worst experience calling into Shaw today agent declined to escalate my call and kept me on mute for over an hour. Will file with the ccts if I can’t get this escalated !

I did as you said and took My old PVR to @ShawInfo in the Driftwood mall. I waited for a label and was told to go wait in another line up at 👇 @canadapostcorp Why can't you do the work. Not make the customer do it. Get more storage 🇨🇦
