It's been a rough week with our @Shawhelp service this week. 1. Automatic firmware upgrade pooched our wired internet, after 2 hours of troubleshooting where they would not accept that it was their modem causing the problems instead of all of our wired devices we got a visit /1

I’ve literally spent over $30k on Shaw services over the years & can’t get any support - I had a similar issue 5 years ago when my cable line was cut at the telephone pole accidentally by work crews & it took two weeks to rectify @Shawhelp @ShawInfo
