Jasmine Kaur G (@jgarcha) reportedThe service from @Shawhelp has gone downhill since @Rogers took over. Tired of the increasing costs, and poor service. Constantly dealing with “connection issues” on my TV. Long wait times for assistance from @RogersHelps and no help. UGH. What are the alternatives out there?!

Magictastical Rubber Duck (@ShoujoRukiia) reported@Shawhelp Is Internet down? I haven’t had it for half an hour now and even tried unplugging my box.

HoopsfanAB (@ydfished) reported@Shawhelp I don’t know how many times this is over the years but you cannot let your simulcast/overide stuff come on when live sports are on. Missing the end of #zags on @KHQLocalNews cuz you guys are screw ups & @CRTCeng never punishes you for it. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
-
D (@superdaddoo) reportedPSA: Filed a CCTS complaint against @Rogers & Shaw (@ShawInfo) today. Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.

🌼🍄Shelby Lou Who🍄🌼 (@shelbyae) reportedI love when @Shawhelp has random outages before their scheduled maintenance outages. But since I’m not technically a Roger’s customer, their customer service can’t help/notify of the outage 🙄

bc_2025 (@bc_2025_vision) reported.@Shawhelp is #Shaw help gone ...

Les Stelmach 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@LesIsMore1) reported@slackerman10 @Shawhelp Any company (telcos, banks, util, etc) whose phone line REGULARLY says “we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes” is just short-staffing. They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

stacey brotzel (@staceybrotzel) reported@Shawhelp I am a very unhappy customer. Spent one hour on the chat line waiting for customer service agent. Then he said he couldn’t help me and a phone. When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.
