    @Shawhelp I called your help line today. The customer service agent checked with colleagues, came back & said they are aware of the glitching and banding issues on some channels. The question now is, when are you going to fix it? Telus has offered to pay my early disconnect fee + promo.

    @Shawhelp Service issueS. Outages and interruptions are the only thing we CAN count on. We have wasted hours upon hours on chat and phone with multiple reps. Offered to send us a new modem but then wanted us to sign a new contract. Hilarious. How bout give us equipment that actually works!

    .@Shawhelp why is the @Sportsnet 360 feed for the Jets game constantly dropping video data and blurring in places? Very poor video consistency

    @Shawhelp your Internet and cable suck so bad. Gets worse and worse each year and you lock us into 2 year contracts for it. Can't wait to get out of it. You guys are the worst.

    @Shawhelp Yes, a couple of times- said there is an outage and they are working on it- it is 3 hours now so would like to have an idea of what the problem is

    Hey @Shawhelp out internet is not working and I'm told you guys can't send a tech out until the 19th? As a wfh household, do you realize how unacceptable that is? What is the point of your service? It never works properly anyway.

    @Shawhelp Shaw is a multi billion dollar technology company and it can’t program a back button to go back and change a setting? Instead you have your customers jump through hoops to get a refund and then start from scratch? And then tell them they will never be allowed a refund again?
