Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@Shawhelp The internet is down in Westwood, Edmonton any idea what's up. The modem says it connect just dhcp not working. Phone works for sure did not check TV.

@Shawhelp @itssteveeh The problem with that, shaw, is that we live in an area with minimal cell coverage so when your services fail we are completely without telecommunications.

@Shawhelp is pure trash. My brother called on June 10th to notify them of an account/address change happening on June 26th and he’s still dealing with it. He’s now speaking to a 6th person to get this resolved. My brother is the first Shaw customer in history to move residence.
