    @Shawhelp Oh I got a call a week or so ago.. 'known issue", "no fix yet", but I was given credit for 2 on demand movies. Totalling $22 worth. 🙄

    Really pissed off at @ShawInfo right now. Even through Apple supports it, Shaw Mobile will not support an eSim transfer to a new phone for nebulous reasons that sounds like they just didn't implement it.

    hey @Shawhelp - why does my internet and TV keep going down at night. Seems to only happen after 7pm been happening for about a week (My kid is getting a tab bit upset)

    @Shawhelp Hi, I applied for a new home internet connection on 17th September 2021. Technician came for installation on 18th but couldn’t complete the installation as he said a drop-out needs to be installed outside your house. But after that I’m calling shaw technical support almost

    @Shawhelp everyday and there is no proper response, no timeline and no solution at all. I’m very frustrated as I have no internet from 10 days. I think I have made mistake of shifting to Shaw from Telus and now I need to go back to Telus

    So @shaw was supposed to be here today after the last tech & customer service rep lied and/or didn't read my file. This now day 5 with no apology or remorse. @Shawhelp #bcpoli but they'll invoice me ugh
