@Shawhelp I’m not really sure how many more times I can hear “we’re not sure what’s causing your problem. We’ve changed the modem and it looks like there’s an issue with the tap. We can’t fix it if we don’t know what’s causing it.”

@Shawhelp Are there issues with Shaw today? I'm trying to access my webmail and it gives me an http error 502. Problem accessing ZCS upstream server
