Ahh good ol @Shawhelp nice guy on the phone let me know the earliest they can send a tech out to look at the problem with the drop box is maybe Sunday evening. I know it’s not out. Bit spotty service makes it hard to work or stream when it goes out randomly

Over 24 hours and still no update from @ShawInfo on the outage. And it's now been 34 hours with no internet. Seriously considering switching ISPs at this point

@Shawhelp slow internet in central NE Calgary, don't see any known issues on Shaw Outage website, what's going on? Already power cycled, and connected via ethernet
