@ShawInfo I have literally been on the phone with somebody for almost 20 min and she keeps telling me my request to speak to a supervisor has been denied. This is so hilarious to me at this point… I’m just trying to speak to someone who has the authority to help me with my bill.

Damn @ShawInfo I've been a happy cx these past 5yrs & now I'm mad. I renewed at $85/m have screenshots, bill is $99+ tax. I've spent w/2 agents. Today took the cake when he said he is off in 10 mins and will call me back tomorrow. Guess it's time to see what @Bell will offer.
