Bruce Toews (@Bruce_Toews) reported@Shawhelp I got an error, which I will send in my next tweet, when trying to test the account settings. When I'm able to log in to Shaw OPN this error doesn't happen. When I'm on any other wifi network, it's a problem 99.9% of the time. My main account doesn't have the problem anywhere.

To having no internet and then then stating that I have to wait a week for a service tech. A tech was here a week ago and now I get to spend another week without internet.

RoboChicken_ (@RoboChicken_) reported@Shawhelp I try to be patient with this stuff lol... Support made my internet worse then just fell back onto needing the tech to fix it. I know the tech is needed but a week out? That's pretty sad, especially since they were just here.
