1/ Update: it’s a days-long network issue with @ShawInfo that still isn’t resolved. Today happened to be my install date (booked 2 weeks ago) for Shaw internet. Day 1 as a Shaw customer and I can’t help but wonder how an outage like this would be handled in southern Ontario…?

oh damn @Shawhelp! 1 problemless week & we're back at it again. Black screen followed by connection failed message (though wifi is at full bars). When it came back to life, it landed on a different channel (@GlobalBC to @CTVVancouver). These random drops started again yesterday.
