On hold for 20 min as @Shawhelp tries to figure out how to own up to its own errors - ask any 2 yo how to do it: apologize, admit your mistake and FIX THEM😡

Tell me to slow down for the address so I dom then I get from shaw "I got it I got it I got it I got it. Seriously shouldn't be that hard to look for an address. Then I just get put on hold.
