I have always been a strong supporter of Shaw for tv/internet. Went to renew in May my bill went up almost $50. No more Loyalty

And look at the coincidence ! @TELUS offered me a lovely two year deal today. Shaw will not survive with their unprofessional and arrogant "agents".
