@Shawhelp I have it figured out and it originated from my end. I had a USB extension cable from my adapter to the computer USB input to be closer to the Router and it had become unstable so I got got rid of it. Thank you for your concern, carry on please.

@TELUSsupport It wasn’t (and isn’t) the neighbourhood status, it is my house service. The service drops out ALMOST EVERYNIGHT around midnight and the modem has to be reset in the morning. 10 years with @Shawhelp and never a single issue. 6 months with TELUS and nothing but issues

@Shawhelp Like anywhere else I have tried the Shaw Go wifi, it doesn’t work at the hospice and I am not asking that you come onto the property without permission. I’m asking that you consider the hospice as a charity you support so that wifi is accessible to patients in end of life.

Good to know @ShawInfo still sucks. “We want you back as a customer. Here’s a special offer to bring you back”. Exactly the same offer they give people that weren’t 15+ year customers before being chased off by horrible customer service. You want me back, earn it.

@Shawhelp I have called today as I am getting a text reminder for an appointment for someone who is not me. Uncomfortable my number is being associated with a wrong account # and address. Still getting messages. Disappointing service.
