Hey @ShawInfo, I’ve been away from my apartment for three weeks. Got home, my network can’t be found by any device. Texting tech support. We’ve rebooted, restarted, recycled, nothing. I’m told a tech has to come. Earliest is APRIL 10. I bet I can get Telus here faster. Unreal.

@saphzsaphz @Shawhelp The first time it happened I was without local channels for 4 days. I was on the line with tech support for 2 hrs. I gave up and made an in home appt but it corrected itself the morning they were supposed to come. I don't want to spend 2 hrs on chat at this point. Thanks though

@Shawhelp What does code XRE 03059 mean on Shaw Blue Curve? I can't get any local channels and some random higher channels. This has happened more than once. Please help. Thanks.
