    @wpgguy @Shawhelp I've had a few hiccups just after install but since those issue worked out I've been pretty stable. Just from casual observation of tweets I can see you've been having a nightmare.

    @Shawhelp My internet service hasn't been the most consistent recently. Also, I've been feeling somewhat worried about the security of my router as I've gotten a few notifications from several devices saying out is network is not secure.

    So, so, so beyond upset that @Shawhelp locked me into a contract without my knowledge. No spoken word, no signature, nothing. @TELUS has an incredible #BlackFriday deal and I just wanted to see if Shaw had a lower cost I could take advantage of. Not a happy customer right now.

    @Shawhelp not impressed w/ loyalty. I've had many issues & contemplating changing to Telus after 10+ yrs of being with shaw. No great promos, offered to call me if something comes up? What!? Offering me free stuff I don't need isn't value. #GoToTelus
