-
Bri (@cyberqt) reported@TSN_Sports @Shawhelp why does F1 sound like they are yelling down a tin hallway? It's only the show, not the commercials. It's awful. It was both TSN channels(practice and qualifying)
-
Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp Because it’s a loud modem from the start/ in general. The worst modem I’ve ever had. I honestly miss our old modem.
-
Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!
-
We Talk Wrestling (@WeTalkWrestling) reported@Shawhelp hey shaw is your internet down in calgary SE? Got no internet for the last 45mins
-
Uprise Edmonton (Formerly Mixed Journalism) (@UpriseEdmonton) reported@Shawhelp Outage in Edmonton and surrounding towns! Please provide some sort of update.
-
Jasmine Kaur G (@jgarcha) reportedThe service from @Shawhelp has gone downhill since @Rogers took over. Tired of the increasing costs, and poor service. Constantly dealing with “connection issues” on my TV. Long wait times for assistance from @RogersHelps and no help. UGH. What are the alternatives out there?!
-
southpaw (@southpaws05) reported@Shawhelp is there an outage in Strathmore, AB for Rogers / Shaw internet service? What is the estimated time for a fix? Your outage map says no problems.
-
Guy_Barnabe (@GuyBarnabe) reported@Shawhelp problems with ABC this morning in Winnipeg: XRE-031 37 This channel is temporarily unavailable…. Tried on multiple terminals and via Rogers watch-online website…

Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp Thanks. I have been trying to use the chat since 9AM. The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.
