@Shawhelp I tried to speak to someone about the outage in Port Moody via the app, it links live chat to my Rogers mobile account and says that I don't have internet services with you but I do. Very poor user experience. Also there is no phone number provided. Shaw was way better.

@Shawhelp my internet has been down since yesterday afternoon due to a cut cable somewhere in NW Calgary. It has supposedly been fixed yet still no internet. Tried calling twice. Not resolved. Have to wait almost a week for a technician to come fix your modem🤨

@Shawhelp I think we have a Shaw Webmail outage. I can’t send or receive email. I can’t even forward an exteral email from Google to my shaw email account. Not getting any emails on my phone.

@Shawhelp I already called in! As I said, I’ve been on hold for a long time and finally got through. Someone is coming to fix tomorrow evening but it’s not quick enough. Please send help faster. I was told it’s an isolated incident so there should be resources to send techs faster!

Hey @FP_Champagne so you allowed the Shaw/Rogers merger to happen, now there are hundreds of thousands/millions of users with no internet or phone service in many parts of Canada. What gives? Time to start giving these conglomerates LARGE fines! @ShawInfo @Rogers
