Been on hold with @ShawInfo for 45 minutes, unbelievably poor customer service, have heard numerous ads for #shawmobile, why would anyone sign up for such crap?? Can we not get more options besides telus or shaw?

Shaws idea of help is providing links to their website. Not helpful. If you think I did not try this first. This must be the Rogers way. Will have to have a local IT provider fix the issue. @ShawInfo
