    @MrComplaintBox @ShawInfo Elderly parents switched to Bluecurve wifi tv last month. The main TV won’t work. Been glitchy since installed. Shaw can’t send a TEC to fix until May. Chat line is useless. No customer service. 2 weeks senior citizens no service. Pathetic! Brutal!

    @Sportsnet your 4k feed for the Leafs game in unwatchable on @Shawhelp .. always freezing and pausing. Its terrible.

    @Shawhelp Station is still not working and I have restarted both pvr’s even though I feel this is more on your end, it has been over 2 hours now

    @Shawhelp Very dissapointing service, is it the customers job to remind you to update the page? There still isn't service it's been over 14 hours now. There wasn't any bad weather or anything. What's the process to cancel the service. As I will be filing a complaint with the CRTC as well.

    Be aware, when hooking up internet service through the smaller companies in YYC, they are RELIANT on @ShawInfo or @TELUS to hook you up. Today is officially 2 weeks I've been waiting for internet access in downtown YY, as @shaw.ca refuses to respond to teksavy's escalationS 🤨

    @ShawInfo great customer service from Shaw today. Called to cancel tv and internet because we got a super deal from another provider at the home show. Their counter? Full price internet package AND cancelation penalty for cutting cable. #goodriddancecable #shawsucks
