    @Shawhelp I have a question about moving, can/should I continue my service (bring hardware with me?) or should I order a new package online and set it up myself at the new address? Is there a greater benefit to either?

    @ShawInfo I got the 300mbps and I can’t even pass 100. The GIG package would give maybe 300mbps.. QUIT THROTTLING MY DAMN INTERNET CONNECTION

    @Shawhelp Trying day for my neighbors & business folks on the Saanich Peninsula. I was 12 minutes on hold to report this major outage - not good. However it was resolved within 10 minutes of reporting. Good.
