Oh man. Like anything user interface-wise made by non gamers for any online account is so brutal. It takes all of 5 seconds to update credit card info for xbox/psn/Nintendo but to update my card info for my internet provider? Its been 45 minutes. Get your **** together @Shawinfo

Dear @Shawhelp I have had persistent problems with my upload connection for several years now Multiple times when I called your tech support, they didn't know what packet loss or latency was Home service calls only proved there is a Shaw issue, and that no one knows how to solve
