    @Shawhelp We are, and as usual it’s unplug replug. My thought Is if I paid Shaw for the actual service received the company would be billing by the hour as that’s how ****** the service is on both customer service and services provided.

    @Shawhelp The error “Something went wrong TVAPP-00115” is happening again when trying to cast with the Shaw TV app. I am able to cast with other apps. This is just an fyi, I won’t be contacting tech support for troubleshooting, it is a problem with the app.

    @Shawhelp Internet keeps going down in Maple Ridge this morning. Sent a DM. Please help as I work from home. Rebooting router doesn't fix it.

    sadness @Shawhelp TV not working - TWO days tech help + many previous days w/o @weathernetwork wait SIX more days b4 physical tech help available - can record & watch things but major sadness for those who need live updates - gonna have to figure compensation once fixed @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp Shaw home wifi has been down for 18+ hours in Vancouver. Google reports several outages here. Can you confirm? Very frustrating when wfh!!

    @ShawInfo legit paying for fibre internet and download can’t even go above 11 mb’s holy **** give out better modems this **** is bad
