Raquel (@RaquelH_07) reported@Shawhelp day 2 of terrible tv. Flickering, sound goes in and out on all channels. It’s not just us but neighbours too. And Netflix, Amazon Prime work fine. (Please don’t suggest disconnecting cables-it’s been done)

Jennifer Elle (@jenniferelle_) reportedI contacted @ShawInfo yesterday to tell them my internet was so bad it was dropping zoom calls. They upgraded me to a way better internet for the same price I’m paying now and my new modem arrived today already. 1 day turnaround. Credit where it’s due for sure.
