So I sent a message to @ShawInfo and was immediately talking to a field sales rep and they took my info and they can set me up with better pricing. I still want what I am owed from @TELUS . Like hell even your loyalty can get back to me after being almost a 20 year customer

@Shawhelp Tech support not needed unless you can make Blue Curve actually live TV (it’s about 1.5 min behind), fix the FFWD (so slow), stop the glitching/random cutting out issues. So many problems with it.

@Crackmacs @Shawhelp I have a 1.5gb connection, they keep emailing me an offer to upgrade to 1.0gb for $10 more. I think their spamvertising system is broken.
