  @Shawhelp @Shawhelp yes agreed and it would be helpful if you had a public resource not one only within your account. Even when I look in our account it simply only says network outage since 7:35am and that it is being looked into. @bchydro does this very well and is transparent

  @Shawhelp my internet has been out for almost 3 hours now. I’ve tried to get ahold of support but it kept cutting out. I finally got through to someone and they’re making me wait until tomorrow to send someone out to fix. Please help!

  @Shawhelp I haven't been able to login to my account in 2 months. I can't stream from any of my devices because I can't login. I"ve called your support 4 times and just keep getting told to try again in a week. Are you ever going to fix this problem?

  @Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Winnipeg. North Kildonan region? Myself and Shaw using neighbors are all having issues this morning. Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway
