Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

@GlenMah @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Shaw is a joke. I was told(many times) that during Covid pay as much as you can, since I had Covid, and they would never cancel anyone during this time. They closed my acct & charged me 350 cancelation fee. I had to resign up or I wouldn’t get my 350 fee back. Disgusting.

Hey @ShawInfo @Shawhelp nice sales tactics upselling service to my elderly father-in-law, who said he didn't want anything changed with his services, but for some reason your sales person changed his plan and other services. Preying on the elderly is disgusting.😡
