    Youd think @shawinfo would be better at insuring that their employees are properly trained. I gave him many opportunities to come clean and be honest. He is a liar, I am sick of it. I know him from many phone calls, he is not a good person to help me and no one will because of it

    @ShawInfo I do not appreciate making complaints towards your outfit as I am trying to be good. However when your employee is so rude to me by telling me your modem/router is incapable of remote admin and its function stopped my mail business about it, I am hurt you are collecting

    Shaw is down again! Shaw went down at February 8, 2022 at 12:05AM in Langley. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. shawhelp

    @ShawInfo What is going on with you network in Burnaby, British Columbia? Pathetic. Support says it will be off till Monday evening? What is going on with you people. I am chosing another service provider.

    @Shawhelp Hi. For the past SEVERAL months we have been having issues with our home internet and cable. The cable and internet cut out on a more than frequent basis. SEVERAL techs have now been over time and the problem is still not resolved....
