    @fotogtom @ShawInfo Tech support is always useless... I knowhwo to cycle through their steps only to spend hours on the phone or online chat with them for them to tell me they have logged it.

    @Shawhelp Hope you guys compensate our bills for this. Hope you decide to improve your infrastructure. One line goes down we all go down. Done with Shaw idc what kind of storm hit us. I also hope you sent more ppl out. There is 1 guy for shaw in Hope. I bet you didn't.

    @Shawhelp I have been trying to get help through your chat for an hour. Keeps disconnecting. Including just as I was getting an appointment for service. I need an actual number to call for help.

    @ShawInfo you may need to invest in some customer service/retention lessons. Losing a customer of over 10 plus years over a $180 early cancellation fee when I was unable to transfer my service is just terrible business practice

    @Shawhelp You guys are the least transparent company there is. No ETA no mention of why Hope still has no wifi. Drs office is closed because of your crap services. Such a joke. We are going to be with out anything for a good 2 weeks I bet. Useless
