    Damn, I love that capitalism and the free market allows a handful of oligarchs control the internet service provider market in Canada. It gives me the opportunity to pay @Shawhelp $82/month for wireless internet that routinely sucks even when my computer is 4 feet from the modem

    @Shawhelp So do you guys plan on fixing the whole big outage happening in BC right now like I can’t even stay connected to my WiFi for less than 3 minutes I’ve rebooted and everything you could name nothing works.

    @Shawhelp Been trying to do that for her since Wednesday. It’s not out. She needs someone to show up and connect her. Someone went in and said they couldn’t do anything and left. That was it. And she’s paying for the service. We need another recourse not just to call the help line again.

    @Shawhelp I am having a problem with one of your technicians driving the blue van. He is rude, lied to me, and was very disrespectful here in North Vancouver. Bad Shaw rep.

    @Shawhelp This technician was rude, obnoxious, and took advantage of his position with Shaw Cable. The problem today is there is nobody to talk to on the phone directly and locally. You cant relate to somebody living 1000 or 2000 miles away from here.
