    @ShawTVNational so after being a customer for 20+ years it means nothing to Shaw. After an hour and a half with your shaw assist online And waited a whole day for a callback From your escalation department also messaged on Twitter and no response. @Shawhelp

    @ShawInfo my elderly mother has been have internet problems for months. Finally Shaw says they will send a new modem. Oops! They ordered the wrong one and now have to wait even longer. Wont allow us to pick it up ourselves! #Shaw #poorservice
