    So it’s pretty much lock down again and @Shawhelp wifi is consistently dropping. And yes I’ve turned it off and back on again.

    @Shawhelp Hard to tell you what my favourite video game is when ping to all the game servers is still over 100 for a majority of those in Edmonton due to the routing. So gaming for all of us sucks right now. Not to mention the lag.

    @Shawhelp The only info he gave me was that they were working on a fix, they didn't have an ETA for it and told me to message you guys when it does eventually get fixed so that I could get some sort of refund or credit towards my account regarding the days or weeks that I had poor service.

    Hi @Shawhelp - today I called to cancel my satellite account. In the same breath of confirming the date of cancellation, I asked how to get my satellite dish removed. The rep said the dish is mine now. I'm sorry... why would I want to keep a satellite dish I can't use?

    @pauloafernandes @Shawhelp If it makes you feel better I'm on my 3rd PVR in the last 6 months. The original passed last fall, the replacement didn't work properly & was frankly, filthy as it was a refurbished unit & the 3rd had issues last night with sound. Still better than 3 channels in B&W growing up.

    @Shawhelp can't even log into shaw support website. Get error message. No internet here in #RichmondBC since 9:50pm was slow aswell. On fiber.

    @VincentGeloso @ShawInfo @Rogers 1. Prices have been falling because of extra competition from Videotron and Shaw. 2. In international comparisons, we still look very bad.
