    So it’s pretty much lock down again and @Shawhelp wifi is consistently dropping. And yes I’ve turned it off and back on again.

    Anyone who uses @TELUS internet how is the the speed and service? I've been dealing with @Shawhelp for the past four days with internet and have spent hours on the phone on hold when I was #1 on the queue. Maybe it's time for a.change.

    @Telus said I must switch to fibre optic as they won’t support if problems with copper wires. Today AI call asked if I’d like to do the install myself with virtual support. Imagine they’d have me climb poll and string cable. #bcpoli @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp internet and cable on and off again in all over the GVA but yet your site claims no problems. Right now nothing for two different accounts at my house in Surrey. What's going on?
