    So it’s pretty much lock down again and @Shawhelp wifi is consistently dropping. And yes I’ve turned it off and back on again.

    Hey,@Shawhelp,Chromecast issue =nightmare. As suggested contacted Chromecast via chat,then support guy phoned, spent ~1 hr. Now have Shaw issue. He had me disconnect power on Chromecast, +on Shaw modem with wifi. Now cannot get wifi on iPad as modem ID not a choice. I'll DM.

    @OlgaScherbina @ShawInfo Horrible! Even when I wanted to stop the contract it was so difficult. Never again with Shaw!

    @Shawhelp Hi Taylan, Is it true Shaw no longer has a customer loyalty department or retention department? I have always dealt with them every time my current promotion runs out.

    In addition to services being incredibly and increasingly unreliable, just read that @Shawhelp is going to be charging more for internet in the New Year. Does that mean the service will actually allow for 2 Zoom calls at once?

    Hey,@Shawhelp, just tried to stream 2 paid services, Britbox & DAZN but neither works. Are these affected too by Shaw Internet issues?So frustrating...
