    So it’s pretty much lock down again and @Shawhelp wifi is consistently dropping. And yes I’ve turned it off and back on again.

    @Shawhelp Are there any issues on the NW side of Edmonton? Connection has been choppy for a few days and speedtest DL rate jumps from 50-300 Mbps when I tested it.

    @Shawhelp I have been a customer for 30+ yrs. @getmoby has installed fiber in our building downtown #yyc and is offering great rates with no contract. My plan expires in a month. Are we able to negotiate a rate that is fairly comparable for me to continue with Shaw?

    @JenniferGurke @ShawInfo Bell MTS is terrible….you get what you pay for. Customer service hours are very limited. Bills are a ******* mess of gibberish and when you cancel be prepared to get a bill in the mail 2-3 months later saying you still owe money and that it’s gone to collections

    @JenniferGurke @ShawInfo One of the happiest days of my life was taking the MTS modem to the post office to mail it back to them. Too many issues to list. Valley Fiber since. Better service, no issues, cheaper. No question.

    Shaw is down again! Shaw went down at June 19, 2022 at 08:45PM in Langley. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. shawhelp
