    So it’s pretty much lock down again and @Shawhelp wifi is consistently dropping. And yes I’ve turned it off and back on again.

    If you check again, this is my 4th time complaining. I am so frustrated with the constant disconnection of wifi. I often disconnected with the wifi. How can an internet service can disconnect every few days, that is not what I pay monthly for @Shawhelp

    Hey @Shawhelp, what does the red light mean on my Bluecurve modem? And why does it take two or three resets to get it to actually function? While we’re at it, why did the Ethernet ports grind to a halt? I’ve been at least two years problem free until today...

    @Shawhelp my internet connection went down & when back on, I get a msg on my browser that I need to “follow the instructions provided to activate your modem and connect to your network”. But it’s not a new modem. Need to use cable as if new?

    @Shawhelp I just got off the phone with the RUDEST representative ever after the outage was resolved, and my stuff STILL doesn’t work. I was told the soonest I can have someone here is Monday. I told them that I’m working from home and I can’t have this be this way till Monday

    @Shawhelp is there an outage issue with internet in East St. Paul, South St. Clements area? Internet has been since a general hydro outage 2 hours ago. Hydro is back on.
