    So it’s pretty much lock down again and @Shawhelp wifi is consistently dropping. And yes I’ve turned it off and back on again.

    @Shawhelp service has been out since yesterday. I have an incident number. It is still out today & is now affecting my ability to work from home. Can I get more information on the expected resolution. Rethinking my relationship with Shaw now as an outage this long is unacceptable

    Apparently there's a problem with internet, other services provided by @Shawhelp in #NewWestminster. I have TV cable, internet but unable to login to my Shaw Webmail, Shaw Account. Recorded message when I call the Shaw phone number says no indication when it will be resolved.

    Oh it got windy and rained hard that means no more internet in fort St. John @Shawhelp the infrastructure is so bad. Slightest storm and bye bye internet

    Tech supposed to come to our house to move the modem. I waited 3 hours 8-10am, no call or text. I called shaw and said tech cancelled the service. Omfg! Poor service! @ShawInfo @Shawhelp @ShawDirect

    @Shawhelp This seems to be happening in this area more often recently. I believe this is the third outage in a couple of weeks.
