    So it’s pretty much lock down again and @Shawhelp wifi is consistently dropping. And yes I’ve turned it off and back on again.

    @Shawhelp PM coming. Pls also advise as to why you show no outages on your website for northern Alberta, yet your chat bots tell me my Edmonton location has an outage? What is the value of your update service and outage information if it hasn’t published this outage after 3 hr w/o service?

    @Shawhelp Yes, I would like to know why you are more than happy to help new customers with amazing deals, but absolutely **** on existing customers, who are simply trying to get a better deal on their internet / tv plans. It’s actually disgusting.

    @Shawhelp I don't like residential service customer service. Worst Support ever. Tell me to slow down for the address so I dom then I get from shaw "I got it I got it I got it I got it. Seriously shouldn't be that hard to look for an address. Then I just get put on hold.

    @Shawhelp #globalnews #CTV Shaw you have admitted to opening an account under my name by mistake. I’ve spent hours begging you to stop billing me (it’s in collections). You always say you’ll fix, but the bills are still coming!! Your going to ruin my credit! STOPitsFRAUD
