    Nearly 4 hrs on phone with @Shawhelp tech & billing = Zero help & arguments - for real. Turns out 2 way splitter was put in upside down in 2019! They have Zero records of my support or service calls. Refused to connect me with supervisors #ShawNoGo I'm moving to @TELUSsupport

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS MORE "Kyle": There is actually only $28.16 that's reaching 60 days. If you can clear this amount now, that would help you with past due days. Otherwise, you would need to pay the full $282.30 in 13 days. Of course, $300 in 3 days would totally cover it. You're a liar, Cindy.

    @Shawhelp my xb7 modem keeps going offline right after it goes online for 5 mins. Unplugged the power and reconnect several times. Same issue. Please help

    Damn, I love that capitalism and the free market allows a handful of oligarchs control the internet service provider market in Canada. It gives me the opportunity to pay @Shawhelp $82/month for wireless internet that routinely sucks even when my computer is 4 feet from the modem

    @TekSavvyCSR @Shawhelp why has my internet gone out four times in the last hour, including three in the last half hour? Why has this been my life for the last year and a half? Why do you send guys who just wiggle cables and shrug and never fix the actual problem
