@maxfawcett Shaw. I have had some horrendous experiences with @Shawhelp lately. Was caught in an online chat with them 2.5 hours to get an answer to a question that could have taken 5 minutes over the phone. Then I had no way to lodge a formal complaint about my experience.

So I have been dealing with terrible wifi and customer service with @Shawhelp for three weeks. They have been out twice and “identified the problem” but had to get a different crew to fix it........well I am still waiting!!!! Three damn weeks. @TELUSsupport

@Shawhelp I want to thank you for the sub par effort your customer service rep exerted during the hour long call that should had taken ten minutes at the most despite asking for a manager that another rep told me to do. Kudos!

Gah @Shawhelp your On Demand app is again doing that thing where it disconnects the stream 1/3 of the way through an episode and then nothing happens. If I restart, it starts me back at the beginning. I've watched the beginning of a show 3 times now. I'm done. This app is horrid

@Shawhelp it appears that the porn spams and other spams are invading Shaw webmail again. I already have all of my filters set in Webmail, yet I'm having to report upwards of 20 of these stupid spam messages per day.

@ShawInfo 48hrs with no internet or phones for my business. Not even so much as an update from Shaw. Never experienced such disregard for small business. Shaw on notice breach of contract and my firm will be cancelling your “service” unless immediate rectified. Brutal.
