@Shawhelp having many issues with my gateway PVR. It's lagging when I use the guide, changing channels, freezing even at times. Can't pause at times, won't rewind properly etc. I've rebooted and no change.

I often only complain about companies on Twitter but I have to give credit where it's due, @ShawInfo's customer service experience has really improved in the past couple years. Combo of service people and technology working really well for them.
