    Hey @Shawhelp why have I been on hold for 2 hours with your customer service? I had to go onto my data to post this because my home internet is functionally useless. I called for a reason, so make your system functional.

    @ShawInfo Why is it that two different customers can call into customer service and ask the same simple question and get two different answers? One results in a positive experience and the other less positive.

    @Shawhelp Thanks for responding Tom but I tried that “Live Chat” talking to a computer! Even the phone number that appears when I google your number is incorrect. Wth?? I finally got the 1-800 number and there I sat for hours. How archaic is this? Putting us on ignore has never worked. 😞

    @Shawhelp @adifood1234 Is shaw able to provide service in Northwestern Alberta on a rural property? Near Peace River? It is a town of 6000 people and has had fibre optic internet for about 3 years now. But for some reason just 5 minutes out of town Telus has a huge dead zone for cellular service.

    Hey @Shawhelp Maybe we could start posting to social media when maintenance is supposed to take place? Not everyone looks at the support pages, or is awake during daylight hours. Having my discord calls d/c is annoying when IDK what's going on
