    @Shawhelp some TV channels went off the air this morning in our Coquitlam area...still not working. CTV, Global..,etc. Any eta?

    @ShawInfo complaint. I called and talked to them about why their phones weren’t working and I was told they don’t have to tell us that the phones weren’t compatible. We will eventually get phones that work on their network cause it is a great plan I’m just upset they didn’t tell

    @Zach_Fleisher @JonasDesrosiers @Shawhelp My least favourite Shaw Cable lie is how their tech support tell you to use the Netflix speed test so they can momentarily stop throttling it and gaslight you.

    @JonasDesrosiers @Shawhelp What I find frustrating is the lack of responsibility. If you messed up, own the mistake- especially as a corp. I've been playing back and forth on this for months now. I wonder about my rights as a consumer to void the contract, as I've paid but the service has been subpar.

    Today I switched from @ShawInfo to @TELUS for my internet and cable services. The service by the Telus service person was excellent. #kudos

    @Zach_Fleisher @Shawhelp I have to say Shaw has been really bad lately. They used to be the best internet. Now the wifi drops daily.
