    This is literally ridiculous.... I have my ps5 hardwired to my router and the internet still drops... clearly it’s not cause the wifi🙄 I’m losing full with this dog water company, like theyre so free, boxed like a fish, no thumbs type ****. @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp Our internet has been dropping for the last 2 weeks and you won't give us a credit on our account, and we still have to wait til the end of the week for a tech to get out here to try to fix it. Can't wait for our contract to be up so we can switch providers.

    @Shawhelp Hi there, prime video app on my Chromecast with Google tv does not work until I turn off protected browsing (Blue Curve ). Is this a known issue and is their a workaround?

    Hey @Shawhelp Maybe we could start posting to social media when maintenance is supposed to take place? Not everyone looks at the support pages, or is awake during daylight hours. Having my discord calls d/c is annoying when IDK what's going on

    @Outroupistache1 I agree with you Telus sucks when I was with them they were rude unkind and never helpful since switching to @Shawhelp they have been kind been getting awesome service even with @RogersHelps never been happy with these two companies!.
