@Shawhelp your website says southdale outage resolved, but I’m sitting here with no internet saying otherwise. First Rogers. Now shaw. Ridiculous.

Yesterday I decided to move my modem/router to get better coverage. I turn it on and now lights just flash. @Shawhelp tells me there’s an outage but their site says nothing. What are you supposed to do when you wfh and heavily depend on it??

It's such utter horse **** that companies like @ShawInfo @TELUS and @Rogers will bend over backwards for a new customer but ten years of loyalty only gets you price increases. You're all criminals.

@Shawhelp Extremely disappointing. No Internet for 3 days because of outage. Customer service cooly tells to cancel service if that's what we want. Without any Internet customers are still asked to pay $300 for cancellation when they decide to choose a better service like Telus.

@Shawhelp is it just me or is there a known issue about the time on my cable box being behind 15min. Currently shows 9:05 but it’s 9:19

@ShawInfo @PrideatWorkCAN How about trying to keep straight people using Shaw internet even after using The services for over 10 years and offer them good rates? You lost us as customers when Telus offered us 1000gb for $79/month. And u wanted $89/mo for 500gb!! Shaw sucks . Keep the pride happy I guess

@Shawhelp yes I don't have service, but can you tell me why? Will we be compensated for almost 24hrs of no service?

If @Rogers and @ShawInfo ever merge…it’s going to be baaaaaaaad. Outages all day in my neighbourhood and now outage for the next 4 hours for “maintenance”. Such bs.

@DeanEdmonton @Shawhelp I was thinking the same. In fact wondering if Roger's acquired them already and decided to celebrate by shutting down all the lines as a way of saying "haha"
