    The customer service provided by Shaw @Shawhelp is ridiculous. Ask for a bit of understanding and you get zero. If you are with Shaw or thinking about going to Shaw I highly suggest you rethink your options. Telus, Bell and Rogers look mighty attractive right now.

    @Shawhelp 9 hours is enough. Some of us need to work or do online learning with our kids so get your **** together and fix the internet

    Had to unplug the modem and the tv box again after a brief outage of @shawhelp internet. Imagine if I charged them $170/month for a car that stoped working randomly 9-20 times a month, they had to unhook the battery every time even if it was a flat tire. Garbage product.

    .@ShawInfo Internet is so freaking bad. I lose connection every day at 2 am. Can't wait to go back to @TELUS fibre.

    @Shawhelp I have rescheduled four times after each and every time you havenโ€™t shown or been here to do an install. 47 DAYS! If you canโ€™t provide a service, why are you offering it?

    @Shawhelp Jacoby, earlier I also wrote that I have been contacting support team since December but the issue has not been fixed. I was supposed to get a call from the so called support team since yesterday but nothing till now.
