Animal (@AnimalBuckle) reported@Shawhelp My pvr HD box stopped working. Done all the normal things to reset it. Shaw technical service was no help. Took our other pvr and connected it to the same cable outlet and it works fine, so I know it’s the box. Can I just go to a Shaw office and get a new box?

Impenitent Atheist (@mysticl) reported@Shawhelp you know what? I am almost done with you guys ... your service is horrible. I can't go 2 days without losing my connection ... this is unacceptable. I will be cancelling my subscription when my contract is up and no there is "nothing you can do" at this point. I am done.

William Calamari (@WilliamCalamari) reported@Shawhelp if you are contracting out third party companies to get your customers to sign a contract, please vet them because their CS agents are rude and also hang up in people faces mid sentence. They are tainting SHAW's reputation and make me wanna switch to @TELUS
