.@Shawhelp I am moving Jan 22nd, but you inexplicably processed my move today. You say it may take up to 3 business days to restore service. That is a week from now. How am I supposed to work in the meantime? Unacceptable.

  • ksavvy31 Karen (@ksavvy31) reported

5/ ok.. @Shawhelp it took 3 boxes and transformers to blow up before anyone would attempt to look at it. Shaw repair guy finally showed up. These seniors were without a landline for 4 days. The agents on the phone told ppl to stop calling they can’t help. How awful!

  • weekern1 Karen (@weekern1) reported

@Shawhelp I love the Shaw Fire Log and would very much support this until the end of February.

  • Joe8Pack The Progression (@Joe8Pack) reported

Pt 2 > It was clearly communicated to us that we got the $200 dollar credit. The service does not start until the 31st and yet we saw yesterday that our credit card had already been billed for the first month IN FULL. @Shawhelp, if this is how it STARTS, we may have to cancel.

  • jlc17 jackie (@jlc17) reported

@Shawhelp Everyday my service gets worse. At least once a day I have to unplug my modem and then disconnect it. For the past week or two it is happening twice a day. I have just had to do it again for the third time since noon today. I would call, but that doesn't work either.

  • sarahlizmoser Sarah (@sarahlizmoser) reported

@ShawInfo Shaw My mom has been on the phone trying to straighten out a billing issue with Shaw Cable. My grandma is being charged by Shaw $2700 for services that she has not authorized. My mom has been hung up on 5 times by Shaw. They don't want to deal with this.

  • BobHolmesSD36 Bob Holmes (@BobHolmesSD36) reported

@Shawhelp A couple of 5 house outages in Langley, and nothing else until Abbotsford, yet I'm being told our Shaw is down due to a Hydro outage. I'm concerned there's another local issue that's being missed. 2/2
