@ShawInfo you are the worst! Your “maintenance” yesterday night bricked my modem! No fix, no replacement until “maybe” next week. No internet means, I can’t do my work and I’m mandated to work from home! You keep raising your prices for shitty service. You suck! #shawcablesucks

@Shawhelp Why am I no longer able to view/change some advanced settings? If you don't see the 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi settings (WiFi Mode, Channel Selection, and Channel Mode) in Advanced Settings, this means these settings are now being managed automatically to help optimize your home network

@ShawInfo Too bad that with the fastest most consistent internet their #shawhelp and chat offers no help to customer same canned question don’t listen and can’t even get your name correct after they ask you for it .
