    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp can you explain why when I request a call back , I get put back on hold for 20 mins??? This is ridiculous. Need business help and have no patience for this **** service / wifi.

    @Shawhelp disappointed in the service my 72 yr old aunt has been receiving, especially now during covid she can’t go out no one can go in and the earliest someone can get out to help fix the situation is Friday, unacceptable. But you’ll gladly take her $$
