    Hey @Shawhelp , those of us in Port Moody/Coquitlam who are now at nearly 12+ hours without service(s) will be looking for a credit on our next bill! And whomever’s responsible for the outage should be penalized.

    @Shawhelp my internet has been out for almost 3 hours now. I’ve tried to get ahold of support but it kept cutting out. I finally got through to someone and they’re making me wait until tomorrow to send someone out to fix. Please help!

    Well, it’s Sunday afternoon and @Rogers and @Shawhelp never came through with a better plan, so it appears that my services will be discontinued tomorrow after making some calls to Costco’s internet, Teck savvy, Bell & Telus. If anyone has any suggestions on providers, send em.

    I love when @Shawhelp has random outages before their scheduled maintenance outages. But since I’m not technically a Roger’s customer, their customer service can’t help/notify of the outage 🙄

    @Shawhelp @oppp Hi there. Can you please tell me how I can connect to support. I’m unable to connect my Outlook (MS 365) subscription using Exchange ActiveSync with my MacBook. It works on my iPhone but not MacBook. Thanks.
