@Shawhelp #shawsucks Give a telecom company 2 weeks notice to move into a new place and they still leave you high and dry without internet for 3 days cause they couldn't have sent a tech to hook it up on time 0/10 never go with shaw if they're an option

@Shawhelp why is it when I call in and request a call back rather than wait on hold then I get an auto call back, told I'm number one in the queue and am still waiting on hold over 40 minutes? This is awful service. A call back should be a real person.

@Shawhelp Having problem with wifi. Have disconnected cable and power lines to modem, waited 1 min, then reconnected twice. First time it worked for 20 min, then stopped again.
