@Shawhelp What is happening in West Vancouver? Some of our boxes are working, but most aren't. Also, when calling your support line the auto message keeps saying all Shaw departments are closed.

@Shawhelp Your callback service is broken (has been all week). Asks if you want a callback, says wait time is (ie. 60 minutes). When you approve the callback and hang up, it calls you back immediately, says you're now #1 in the queue, but still makes you wait on hold for an hour.
