@Shawhelp Also my internet worked fine yesterday. But now all the businesses are open and more people using it during the day the speeds tank. Hasn't been an issue since the power outage and the tech says it messed lots of stuff up. Not sure how a power outage could mess my cables up?

@Shawhelp Not going to water my time with support so they can make my internet go completely out again. This is not just a me issue. This seems like a bigger issue that no one is looking into. Last time my internet did this, Shaw had messed an update up and screwed everyone's services.

@Shawhelp My internet has been intermittent since Tuesday. I lose connection every hour. Neighbour is having the same problem. A Shaw technician has come, but problem persists. Phone techs no help at all. I work from home so stable internet is a priority. Can you look into this?

@Shawhelp I try to be patient with this stuff lol... Support made my internet worse then just fell back onto needing the tech to fix it. I know the tech is needed but a week out? That's pretty sad, especially since they were just here.

@SaskTelSupport Coming up on 12 hours.. Came from @Shawhelp in BC. Outages through cut lines, lightning strikes, snow and hail storms; never in 20 years have they taken this long to repair. What exactly did you do to your lines?!

@Shawhelp Is there a known issue/fix with the Blu Curve set top boxes where shows will show as recorded but will only playback the first few minutes and then freeze? This is happening a bit too often with our device.

@Shawhelp Signed up with Shaw and was not given the package requested. Then can’t log into my Shaw for a week now to activate Disney plus and one cable box doesn’t work. Customer service has been no help and even said I would stay (after I requested a cancelation) if they would correct.

@ShawInfo has to be the worst cable and internet provider in Calgary. Switched from #telus and their customer service reps are useless. Time to switch back to Telus after only a week.
