    @Shawhelp why would you cut my internet off after sending me your shaw mobile sim cards? You cut all my service so I have to sign up to tether? I cannot understand why you would do this. A tech now can't come to fix for 7 days. 7!

    Overage that’s why I’m a happy @Shawhelp customer. We never get data caps. @TELUSsupport fix your god dang system and take out the data caps.

    @ShawInfo this is the worst service I’ve had from a company EVER. 29 hours and counting without internet service. Loyal customer since 2006. #telus here I come.

    @Shawhelp Shaw is terrible and Shaw help is a joke. I cant believe they get away with this. Once again, its ******* companies like Shaw that’s the reason why Canada has some of the slowest and most expensive internet in the world.

    @Shawhelp 1/ Tried this Shaw Help route 2 weeks ago. 3.5 hours via DM - they couldn't fix via remote, problem escalated by clerk, 3 days later escalation rejected, clerk calls me to tell me that, Shaw sends TWO techies to my home - they don't know how to fix the problem after over an hour
