@Shawhelp I just did and after waiting for quiet long they hanged up me with no solution.. I wonder why Shaw stocks never goes up its because the service is poor and customer care no acceptable I've suffered ups and down for long and when talk you guys they can't find no problems weird

@ShawInfo 4th time being disappointed by rude and unhelpful CSR on Shaws chat George S80T and Alia made changes to 2 different accounts without notification, one isnt mine . My problem wasn't even related to the issue, but 1min after my conversation i'm dropping 5-6 day feb 3-9
