@Shawhelp We already did contact them. They wrote to request the service be turned over on Monday and never heard back from y’all. They’ve also sent another request today. All y’all did was send me an email stating that changes were made to my service and didn’t bother to attach anything

Hey @Shawhelp. Just “upgraded” to Internet 600 (was on 300) on a new 24 month contract and I’m now getting slower wifi speeds than I was with 300. Call center tech was completely ineffectual. As a 20 yr customer I’m rather upset.

I am SO SICK OF THIS. Internet completely dropped mid-stream with 150+ viewers. This has been an ongoing issue in my area for years now and it’s never been resolved. @Shawhelp
