@Shawhelp your webmail servers are so out of date they won’t open on Google Chrome because it doesn’t trust megamailservers. Will this problem be fixed?

  • MissFionaR miss.fiona.r (@MissFionaR) reported

@Shawhelp please can you help us. We have been waiting patiently. Each time I contact you you send me to your help centre or chat line and we get nowhere. They are very nice but they can’t help us. We need a crew to check the line on the road. We do not need a house call.

  • megstoll Megan Stoll (@megstoll) reported

Friday night, friends over for hockey, and the only thing that’s guaranteed is that @shawhelp sucks again. After over 15 years, it’s time to change. The money I spend monthly and I can’t even turn on my cable? No thanks. Wonder what @TELUS can offer me?

  • ArMaestr0 ArMaestr0 (@ArMaestr0) reported

@Shawhelp A friend of mine mentioned he saw techs doing work in the same area of the City the other day and his service was spotty while they were. Perhaps same thing here.

  • Harleydadd Harley don't play that! (@Harleydadd) reported

@Shawhelp down again in @citysprucegrove . And NO, I won't DM you to save the embarrassment of your horrible service.

  • DaveMurYYC DaveMurNQ (@DaveMurYYC) reported

Thank you to @ShawInfo I just talked to their support and explained my families situation and how we are not using their services at the moment while we wait for our new place. They waived our service fees for 15 days and that might not seem like much but it's a big deal to me

  • mrgordos2121 gord (@mrgordos2121) reported

@Shawhelp Hi I can not access Shaw on demand since this morning. I have rebooted my Gateway and also unplugged the Gateway. The EPG, account settings, resource download and logs uploaded are all red type in the Gateway dashboard. There was a service bulletin til 6AM MT

  • Robleafs62 Rob (@Robleafs62) reported

@Shawhelp Our TV guide in Kelowna is still messed up. Is there a time when the fix will be complete? It’s also affecting the shows we PVR..

  • jcpollock Jennifer ******* (@jcpollock) reported

I forgot to say, telling me “Good news. Someone is working on it” and then nothing for 12 hours?? To tell me good news. Again and zero idea of when we might get service again. @Shawhelp I expect more. Is that unreasonable for what we pay?? #FAIL #yyc

  • StillCrazeeAATY FatEmperorsWife (@StillCrazeeAATY) reported

@Shawhelp Shaw webmail. I have chatted with 3 techs since last Sat. when my Shaw problems started. When I reply to an email or fwd, it turns to gibberish. Today a 4th tech told me to switch to "Advanced AJAX" in Preferences. I did & it fixed. Now it's wonky again; can't fix it
