I have traveled the world. You are by far one of the worst companies for service in terms of high speed internet and cable/on-demand TV. Abysmal. There are dictatorships that deliver better than you do. @Shawhelp

  • ES_Studios Christopher Woudstra (@ES_Studios) reported from Pender Island, British Columbia

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo so I took all the steps advised via an offline DM help desk session...after 2 hours of wasted time the only answer given to me was an upgrade? Apparently we have a 1Mbps/0 internet speed for $66! And I can “upgrade” to 5/1? And that’s my best option?

  • RheannaMike Mike and Rheanna Family Vlogs (@RheannaMike) reported

@Shawhelp We sent over 9 DM’s to Shaw over 2 days ago and Not one responds back very poor response time back 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  • adamkblat Adam Kierszenblat (@adamkblat) reported

Just had a 45 minute training session for work that I had to restart with only a few slides left due to @ShawInfo awful internet. More than one person using the internet in the house at once, no that's too much for us to handle. Makes writing articles really fun as well.

  • ChristophskiInc Chris (@ChristophskiInc) reported

@Shawhelp Hi, I'm getting intermittent internet problems in the Hazeldean area of Edmonton. Both Netflix and Amazon Prime keep stopping to buffer.

  • calgaryirons Brandi ⚒ (@calgaryirons) reported

Hi @TELUSsupport @TELUS Have been with your company for 1 day switching from @Shawhelp and already want to cancel my services. I had to make a phone call this morning and now in tears after dealing with the Bigot who humiliated me, I hung up, he called back and did it again 👋

@JustinTrudeau @ShawInfo @Rogers if the idea of Rogers and Shaw merging to improve infrastructure is something you like then allow Verizon and T-Mobile ,AT&T into the market. We wold get both infrastructure and low cost service. We need more choice not less.
