Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@Shawhelp My internet speeds have yanked yet again. Why am I getting 3-55mbps when I pay for 500? Multiple chat sessions yield nothing but more tech visits, which fix things for a few days. I’m so fed up with this. Why can’t anyone figure this out and get it sorted? #throttling

@ShawInfo terrible company with terrible customer service... How do you not offer service to the basement of a house that has service upstairs for tenants there....so as a tenant in the basement I can't have your service but upstairs can..... Wow that makes sense...

@ShawInfo a number of tv channels in the south vancouver/fraserview area have been displaying: ref code: S0a00 for a few hours now. outage not listed on shaw website as being one of current areas effected. wondering if its regular maintenance or theres an actual issue.
