Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@megstoll @Shawhelp @TELUS I had 4 years of paying for their internet 75... on a good day, you might get 5-10... about half the time it was practically dial up. They didn't do a damn thing until Telus upgraded and ate their lunch, then seem mystified why so many people dumped them

@Shawhelp The details are well known by your technical team. Unless the entire system has been borked, like last year, selecting "OK", changing channels away and back fixes the issue. As stated, I've had it with Shaw's inability to fix it or their indifference.

@Shawhelp We’ve gone that route many times. Nothing helps. We’re seriously thinking of terminating Shaw and going elsewhere. It’s been months now, no solution
