    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Next Time We Get An Unauthorized Telus Person On Our Doorstep There Is Going To Be Issues! I have said time after time we are with @ShawInfo ! Had a Telus worker practically force her way in with my grammom with dementia! Kindly **** OFF!

    @Shawhelp That’s not helpful when the outage happens and it takes 6 hours to update your website. Oh and btw your website still shows there’s an outage even tho the issue is now resolved. Great work 👍 very impressed.

    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I use their chat online and have found them good. Not great but I may need to change the new box I got for my dad and get the better remote which I did ask for. Hope you get your problems resolved.
