    @Shawhelp Just wrapped the call. I will be getting a call back in 24 to 48 hours once the "backend error" has been corrected. They also are sending over a service tech on Sunday as the "radio signal is week" even though Speedtst shows 600+mps via Wifi but the Wifi Pods will not connect.

    @rikkiprince @Shawhelp @elcostello It's gone completely down now it seems. I was able to connect for a bit by renewing, but then it dropped, I tried again and DHCP is down now.

    @davedotca @Shawhelp They no longer have phone support at night. Had to go onto their chat service on their website. Took one hour to get them to order me a new remote after trialling all of the technical possibilities as to the possible source of the issue.Remote arrived within a week.
