@Shawhelp Spent almost 2 hours with support from having internet with intermittent lag spikes/slow internet. To having no internet and then then stating that I have to wait a week for a service tech. A tech was here a week ago and now I get to spend another week without internet.

My experience with @ShawHelp on Twitter today was terrific. but my two experiences with their Tech Support chat agents ranks a -10 out of a hundred.

@Shawhelp I try to be patient with this stuff lol... Support made my internet worse then just fell back onto needing the tech to fix it. I know the tech is needed but a week out? That's pretty sad, especially since they were just here.

@Shawhelp It's been three days. I watched the first match then it never worked again. Shows the correct run time but just shows that screen the entire 5 hours.

@SaskTelSupport Coming up on 12 hours.. Came from @Shawhelp in BC. Outages through cut lines, lightning strikes, snow and hail storms; never in 20 years have they taken this long to repair. What exactly did you do to your lines?!

@Shawhelp I got an error, which I will send in my next tweet, when trying to test the account settings. When I'm able to log in to Shaw OPN this error doesn't happen. When I'm on any other wifi network, it's a problem 99.9% of the time. My main account doesn't have the problem anywhere.
