@Shawhelp I subscribed to RAI World Premium on Friday after the free preview was over and haven't yet been able to access the channel on the TV. I called on Friday night and was told there were issues with the channel but it would be resolved in a couple of days. 1/3

@shawinfo Shaw/Rogers has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have spent hours on hold waiting for customer service, hours dealing with customer service and my bill is still screwed up. I tell everyone I know, as bad as Telus is, Shaw/Rogers 10x worse.
