@Shawhelp I need some tech help resolving issues & differences with various email accounts as they work for both iphone/ipad and outlook on Windows. I am told emails are bouncing. Last time I tried to get this resolved because changes messed up history / downloads didn’t resolve.

10 days to get a service tech from @shaw @ShawInfo. 10 days with no internet. If your family needs internet every day of the week then you should consider another provider. #poorservice #internet #lookelsewhere
