@Shawhelp This is the absolute last straw with Shaw. Second time this month there is an Outage in my area. Canada Day, my internet was out for 28 hours. Today it's been out for over 12 hours now. I would like compensation as I feel like I shouldn't have to front a $300 bill..

@Shawhelp @ShawInfo SIX homes have been built since I moved in to mine, and they do not have this issue. My neighbour and I will be changing providers if this is not resolved soon

So on top of a systemwide outage that lasted for days, I get hit with a price increase without me even knowing about it? And no help on Twitter for more than 3 hours? WOW @FidoSolutions you make it SO easy to not want to stay with you. Do better! (@telus @Shawhelp hit me up pls!)
