    @Shawhelp @ConnieEngley Your usual lame response. This is a wide area outage, trouble shooting her service won't work, nor will checking her personal subscription. Fix the system.

    @DeanEdmonton @NickPaisano @Shawhelp Your right. The DM and trouble shooting is their way of placating pissed off customers but never a resolve. When it is so wide spread how can problem be in individual houses. But they are gone so no resolve again

    @GroseAndrew @Shawhelp Shaw is doing a system update. Expect intermittent service and tv for next up to 90 minutes.

    @Shawhelp if these outages keep up I am going to file a formal complaint with CRTC and let Roger's know they may not have many subscribers left by the time they takeover.
