    @Shawhelp Hi, we already called last night and you guys said a technician is coming Thursday but honestly its not okay. We all have deadlines and papers, finals and working from home and this isnt the first time this issue has occurred.

    @Shawhelp I’m not a customer but many of my clients are and your system is blocking emails they need to see for orders they’ve made with us. How do we get off the CloudFilter blocklist?

    @Shawhelp yeah they are going to credit me 15$, but that only accounts for the ten package I had. I also had 20$ in specialty channels and the limited TV. I reckon I should have had about 30$ back at least. And the alleged customer service reps at the shaw tower were surly and snarky

    Shaw (@Shawhelp) stinks. Canceled my TV services two weeks ago, yet was charged for the full month. Customer service was terrible about returning their old HD boxes. My building is too old for Telus high speed but as soon as we move, I'm dumping shaw internet and good riddance.

    @Shawhelp @shawcoustmercare.@Shawhelp Shaw coustmer more then 21 years,How come exsiting loyal customer can not get promo price.only new customer gets best deal...Shaw needs to look after existing and loyal customer...Respect existing customer who has been loyal to Shaw

    The service at #Shaw is actually getting worse - and we're a biz client with 3 accounts. Since Friday we've spent 14.5 hrs on the phone. Calls drop. Cannot reconnect. Four different reps have promised to call back - none have. Anyone else finding this? @Shawhelp @ShawInfo
