    @ShawInfo One of our PVRs died. I want to buy a replacement from you. So far - 3 dropped phone calls by you with misleading information, 4 chats with no help, your ordering software crashes... damn. It shouldn't be this hard. @TELUS you up for someone that spends ~$5K a year?

    @malcolmert @Shawhelp It was a tp-link I picked up on Amazon. Nothing fancy. It's hardwired to the Shaw modem and has its own network name.

    @Shawhelp Wi-Fi has been down since about 8:30 this morning. Website says no outages. I have reset my modem half a dozen times already. What's going on?

    @Shawhelp help. My internet keeps cutting out every 20 minutes - cuts out for roughly 2 minutes or so each time. Help !

    Thanks to @ShawInfo for the shittest service and leaving a 95 yo who has been a loyal customer for 40+ years with no TV. Useless service all around.
