Jim Clark (@jimmybluec) reported@ShawInfo Gig+Fibre. Worst product, worst service, new gateway no help. Calls not returned. Zoom calls freeze, unstable internet message. Search starts with "no internet," then "connection restored". Supposedly temporary line was installed, down speed dropped 370mbps average.
