@nekaishi @ShawInfo @Shawhelp From the conversation you provided, I can tell you noise CAN be a problem, but it's going to between the CMTS and end users. I would recommend talking to others in your neighborhood to see if others are experiencing the same issues. If they aren't, this is targeted throttling.

@Shawhelp your new way of registering new devices on shaw open is bad. I cant even manually add devices based on their MAC Address... horrible update

@Shawhelp hello we are expecting a technician who very late, between 8-10. This is a second no show and no contact to say so. This is completely ridiculous. What kind of customer service do you have ?? Useless. Can u help please

@TELUS @ShawInfo @Rogers They downgraded in some cases because nonflex optics shatters, optics flex needed secondary system to preventline flow of light issues or magnetics wave tampering or optiofluiducs cymatic tampering. Mixed systems aremore secure and can stay fast.
