  @startca I have multiple friends with this service that have complained about the same problems as I have. I don't know the severity of there intermittent issues but it does seem to indicate that this isn't isolated to me.

  My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

  @startca Can you explain why the service is so inconsistent? Because every time I've reached out, I'm always told that there is no record of an issue on your end

  @startca We've been over this, ALL of my equipment is new & the placement is correct. If its isolated to my residence why did you stand me up the 2 times you were supposed to come out? Like I said, DODGE THIS INTERNET...SUPPORT IS NEARLY NONEXISTENT.

  @startca This is the worst internet on the planet, if you want to stream, play a video game, play in a casino, watch music on youtube, work from home or preform any other task that requires constant internet than this is not the product for you.

  @startca You had your chance to help me but instead stood me up twice causing me to miss work, meaning I didn't get paid for those days. I no longer want your help, I now just want to make sure everyone knows what a terrible service this is and the even worse customer service provided.

  Odd, we pay for 250mbps of internet speed but aren't receiving nearly that from @startca 🤔 unplugged the modem, the router, heck we even got a new pc today but still pretty poor on the download speed 🤔 the upload speed is exactly what we're paying for but this is odd...
