Odd, we pay for 250mbps of internet speed but aren't receiving nearly that from @startca 🤔 unplugged the modem, the router, heck we even got a new pc today but still pretty poor on the download speed 🤔 the upload speed is exactly what we're paying for but this is odd...

@startca We've had technicians out, called Multiple times, you can't or just won't fix it. Not even bothering to give you another chance were switching next week

@startca All you need is a bigger dish or possibly a feed horn rotation to fix the problem. But if your looking int alternative sources perhaps you could look into sourcing Newsnation and BBC news. You can never have enough news sources and you defenetly don’t have enough !

@startca I have multiple friends with this service that have complained about the same problems as I have. I don't know the severity of there intermittent issues but it does seem to indicate that this isn't isolated to me.

My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭
