Cara Donnelly (@caraquilts) reportedoh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

Jordan (@geebs1983) reported@NeilDowsonPEC @startca @startca does suck, after months of no support, no help, useless staff I finally decided to pull the plug on this welfare garbage service. The cable literally disconnected at the pole 2 weeks ago, its been lying on my lawn and they still haven't fixed it. DODGE THIS **** SERVICE!

Jordan (@geebs1983) reported@beisan The worst internet I have ever had is @startca .... Technical support are nice but useless, they can't fix anything you couldn't fix yourself and when a problem happens they blame Rogers. They stood me up twice for service apt's without letting me know and still no fix.

Jay Johnson (@JayJohns14) reported@startca @TELUSsupport sharing feedback that I never had to wait more than 10 minutes on hold prior to Telus purchasing and I'm currently at 1 hour and 52 minutes of being on hold...so much for friendly neighbourhood company

Magickalhack - Glory to the 331st (@Magickalhack) reportedHey @startca, you guys really need to bring back 24h tech support. 8 am to 9 pm is not sufficient. Hell, 5-6 reps would be all you would need. Even if it was just live chat for the other 11 ******* hours of the day. If my internet [my only source of entertainment] goes down... 1/

Jim Squires is probably on fire 🔥 (@jimmycanuck) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco @startca So when my mother-in-law is using an older non-wifi modem, she would have to change her whole service to get a wifi one? She couldn’t just upgrade the modem?
