    @NeilDowsonPEC @startca @startca does suck, after months of no support, no help, useless staff I finally decided to pull the plug on this welfare garbage service. The cable literally disconnected at the pole 2 weeks ago, its been lying on my lawn and they still haven't fixed it. DODGE THIS **** SERVICE!

    @startca We've been over this, ALL of my equipment is new & the placement is correct. If its isolated to my residence why did you stand me up the 2 times you were supposed to come out? Like I said, DODGE THIS INTERNET...SUPPORT IS NEARLY NONEXISTENT.

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca @TELUSsupport sharing feedback that I never had to wait more than 10 minutes on hold prior to Telus purchasing and I'm currently at 1 hour and 52 minutes of being on hold...so much for friendly neighbourhood company

    @MGirash @beisan @startca I'd second them. No issues with speed, throttling, caps, etc. Only downtimes were network-wide from the big ISP's they use, but their customer service was always clear about communicating it.
