Alen Peric (@_alenperic) reported@Jhericho38 @startca Yeah I feel so sorry for them after they jacked up the price of my internet subscription by 15$ a month after I started my service with them, while decreasing the cost of other people's fibre at the same time. It's a good thing start has such good little slaves defending the corp

unownedspaces (@unownedspaces) reported@startca Will you be crediting customers affected by Friday’s outage ?
-
Phillip Dinis (@DinisPhillip) reported@KeithIsnor @startca Still out in London. Wtf
-
Proud Liberal (@Jhericho38) reported@DiligentBeaver @Cruu__ @startca Rogers isn't giving any of their customers a timeline, and as a Rogers customer, Start has no timeline, either.
-
Sameer Vasta (@vasta) reported@startca Hi! We’re in day three of the outage for us — just curious if there’s an ETA for resolution, especially since everyone else seems to have been sorted out by yesterday morning and we’re still stuck here hotspotting our phones and over-maxxing our mobile data…
-
John Gordon (@gordongolf) reportedThird day without full Rogers service for TV and @startca internet. I guess we aren’t in the “vast majority” that have service restored. 🤥
-
MisanthropicHumanist (@mikesmoniz) reported@hainsworthtv I know it would be like shuffling decks chairs on a sinking ship but hopefully Rogers sees a crap ton of subscribers bail on them in the next few weeks. Ideally people would switch to other third party providers like TekSavy or @startca instead of another big Telco
-
Proud Liberal (@Jhericho38) reported@KeithIsnor @startca Rogers really screwed the pooch. CBC said it was human error that shut down the entire network, and it takes time to reboot an entire infrastructure.
-
Chris Keppler (@StriderShinryu) reported@startca Appreciate that you're doing what you can but are you actually hearing anything at all from Rogers on this? Thankfully I at least have some connectivity but all I'm seeing from Rogers in media coverage is "Oh, everything is fine, service is restored!" and it's very frustrating

Proud Liberal (@Jhericho38) reported@DinisPhillip @random_bum @startca My internet is back. Has been since 22h after the outage started.
