  • steve_ca2002 Keep Left (@steve_ca2002) reported

@startca Hey! How's it going with that fix you promised for CNN? Your charging top dollar for a sub-standard product.

  • ronthetvtech Ron (@ronthetvtech) reported from Central Elgin, Ontario

@startca All you need is a bigger dish or possibly a feed horn rotation to fix the problem. But if your looking int alternative sources perhaps you could look into sourcing Newsnation and BBC news. You can never have enough news sources and you defenetly don’t have enough !

  • vasta Sameer Vasta (@vasta) reported

Just has the worst customer service from @startca (Sherri?) that it almost makes me want to switch to Rogers. Abysmal and rude. (Also, doesn’t help that there’s an outage that they won’t even attempt to help resolve.)

  • SRollo91 Shaun Rollo (@SRollo91) reported

@startca once again, there are issues with the internet being down. This is a very common occurrence with you. Why is there an issue again?

  • geebs1983 Jordan (@geebs1983) reported

@startca No, we've been over this, I no longer want your help. You could have helped me the 2 times I got stood up by your tech. Now...I just want to make sure everyone knows.

  • geebs1983 Jordan (@geebs1983) reported

@AydaPublic @startca This is garbage service, I've been told a tech was coming twice and both times they stood me up without even a phone call.

  • websnappers David (@websnappers) reported

@startca Is there an outage in the Cornwall area? We haven't had internet access for at least an hour.

  • Gooni3Gamess GooNi3Games (@Gooni3Gamess) reported

@iamajavajunkie @startca St Thomas aswell. The service has been so bad this last year, I don't believe there is any other choice but to switch... Honestly why are we dealing with start when they use Rogers lines and we have to wait on Rogers to answer before start answers lmao.

  • ItsShaZam Shane Zeagman (@ItsShaZam) reported

@startca Any word on the downed network on Cogeco's line in Hamilton?
