@startca Thanks for keeping us updated through this. This is why you're seeing so much customer loyalty in these threads. Update in London: Internet on, but some sites inaccessible. Home Phone: On TV: Can't detect active ethernet connection.

@Cruu__ @startca Unfortunately, Start probably can't give an estimate because the problem is in the cable network, which is owned and managed by Rogers... Start (and every other ISP who offers cable internet) are at the mercy of Rogers's network techs.

@startca Appreciate that you're doing what you can but are you actually hearing anything at all from Rogers on this? Thankfully I at least have some connectivity but all I'm seeing from Rogers in media coverage is "Oh, everything is fine, service is restored!" and it's very frustrating

@nobotbeaulieu @startca Could be, seems most in town on Start lost connection in the middle of the night until about 8am. I've only lost service once and it was a blackout across 4 towns so I'm not sure if it's maintenance or if the Rogers lines are still having issues.

@iamINFERNO @startca They mean More Reliable; you're just mincing words. I know people are angry, but aiming that anger at Start is unfair and misguided. This is an internal screw-up at Rogers, and as a Rogers (bulk) customer themselves, Start is as powerless as we are. Chill!

@ChrisMi74417341 @ShaziaC49004611 @startca They ARE installing their own; it's just a long process. They're rolling out in London, ON now, and as they're able, they're making their own Fibe network available to all their customers. They aren't sitting on their hands; they're being proactive.

@AndrewMcC19 @startca If you're upset about prices, then contact your Member of Parliament and the Minister of Communications. They're the ones that failed to draft new legislation to compensate for Rogers' Lawsuit that exempted them from the Bulk Customer Pricing Legislation.

@shannie1976 @startca Rogers won't even admit that it's an internal error that caused all this. I had to find that out from the CBC. The Big 3 are as crooked as a mutant curly fry. Start, however, has always been open, transparent and honest with me, and that's earned my trust. The Big 3 never did.

@Meh_what3ver @startca Lol. Rogers had their service running about 12 hours before start did. But right, that’s a me problem

@startca Will you be crediting customers affected by Friday’s outage ?
