@startca Ok CNN has now been down for over a week . It was down before the big Rogers fiasco. How about either some of that transparency we have herd so much about or some actual news or effort regarding this outage. This has happened before please tell us what’s really happening!

@startca My internet is working fine. It's just the home phone. I reset the VoIP device but still. Also my other address has intermittent internet. We should be compensated for this outage!

@startca Why have we STILL not received any email communication about the outage from you guys?! I get that it was a rogers issue but some acknowledgement would have been kind. Are your customers going to receive any compensation?

@startca Simply communicating this to your clients would save a lot of frustration and calls for help. There is a world of ways to keep your customers informed. "Known current issues and outages" should be front and center on your website. Be proactive so your customers aren't reactive.
