  @startca Ok CNN has now been down for over a week . It was down before the big Rogers fiasco. How about either some of that transparency we have herd so much about or some actual news or effort regarding this outage. This has happened before please tell us what’s really happening!

  @startca All you need is a bigger dish or possibly a feed horn rotation to fix the problem. But if your looking int alternative sources perhaps you could look into sourcing Newsnation and BBC news. You can never have enough news sources and you defenetly don’t have enough !

  My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

  Odd, we pay for 250mbps of internet speed but aren't receiving nearly that from @startca 🤔 unplugged the modem, the router, heck we even got a new pc today but still pretty poor on the download speed 🤔 the upload speed is exactly what we're paying for but this is odd...

  @startca so it says connected but nothing is loading, the constant issues with my internet connection is getting beyond frustrating
