    @startca Ok CNN has now been down for over a week . It was down before the big Rogers fiasco. How about either some of that transparency we have herd so much about or some actual news or effort regarding this outage. This has happened before please tell us what’s really happening!

    My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

    Just has the worst customer service from @startca (Sherri?) that it almost makes me want to switch to Rogers. Abysmal and rude. (Also, doesn’t help that there’s an outage that they won’t even attempt to help resolve.)

    @startca having problems connecting to most websites. Diagnostics are giving DNS server error. Hearthstone and Spotify are strangely working, though.

    @AydaPublic @startca This is garbage service, I've been told a tech was coming twice and both times they stood me up without even a phone call.

    @startca so it says connected but nothing is loading, the constant issues with my internet connection is getting beyond frustrating
