When are @Bell_Support or @startca going to offer residential fibre in downtown #ldnont? You’d think with their physical stations near/in the core this would be yesterday’s news. Appears they are OK with letting @Rogers have all the gigabit service money.

  • steve_ca2002 Keep Left (@steve_ca2002) reported

@startca What channels are down tonight? Just the Leafs game? Unbelievable

  • MarikaLaidlaw Marika (@MarikaLaidlaw) reported from London, Ontario

@startca are there any know issues with internet downtown London? I cannot connect even after a reboot.

  • geebs1983 Jordan (@geebs1983) reported

@AydaPublic @startca This is garbage service, I've been told a tech was coming twice and both times they stood me up without even a phone call.

  • phronk Phronk / https://mastodon.online/@Phronk (@phronk) reported

@startca Any issues around the Adelaide & Oxford area? It’s been super slow for about 24 hours.

  • ronthetvtech Ron (@ronthetvtech) reported

@startca How are you guys going to keep your fibre going when you still haven’t fixed the CNN interference problem? You have been supposedly switching to an alternative source since July!

  • geebs1983 Jordan (@geebs1983) reported

@startca I have had 2 restart my internet twice in the first 10 mins of walking up, and this is a daily thing. Yesterday we had to restart the internet 5 times. Start was supposed to send a tech twice, both times I was stood up without a call. "Customer service" is worthless, no help.

  • geebs1983 Jordan (@geebs1983) reported

@startca No, we've been over this, I no longer want your help. You could have helped me the 2 times I got stood up by your tech. Now...I just want to make sure everyone knows.

  • ceeieh Allen Dulles (@ceeieh) reported

@startca having problems connecting to most websites. Diagnostics are giving DNS server error. Hearthstone and Spotify are strangely working, though.

  • ronthetvtech Ron (@ronthetvtech) reported from Central Elgin, Ontario

@startca All you need is a bigger dish or possibly a feed horn rotation to fix the problem. But if your looking int alternative sources perhaps you could look into sourcing Newsnation and BBC news. You can never have enough news sources and you defenetly don’t have enough !
