    @startca Game consoles still saying there is a weak signal, after doing everything possible to fix. Hope the connection is not unstable for too much longer

    @startca Simply communicating this to your clients would save a lot of frustration and calls for help. There is a world of ways to keep your customers informed. "Known current issues and outages" should be front and center on your website. Be proactive so your customers aren't reactive.

    @startca If you power cycle the modem 3 times in front of a mirror, a Rogers tech will appear! All jokes aside, I'm back up and running! Looks like there was issues at the box on the street.

    @startca Why have we STILL not received any email communication about the outage from you guys?! I get that it was a rogers issue but some acknowledgement would have been kind. Are your customers going to receive any compensation?

    Does anyone know if there is another @startca / rogers outage? Internet keeps dropping (and reconnecting so far hopefully) but kind of annoying lol
