@startca Normally, I'm a fan of Start, until today. My elderly friend is your customer. Her internet bill is due on Monday Sept 5th. She pays manually through her bank (not PAD). Why today, did you try to bill her CREDIT CARD for her Sept 5th payment?

@Gooni3Gamess @startca And I as well have had start since it came to london on. This is the worst it’s ever been with no sign of change. I’m done with you guys. Changing to new service provider next week.

@startca @_MadDuck I don't want your help anymore, my focus has changed to finding a new ISP and making sure that everyone I encounter I let them know what a sh!t service I received and recommend any other service.

@_MadDuck @startca This is an absoulte garbage service, my internet is up and down and @startca hasn't done a damn thing about it, do as I am and find a service worth the money. POS service demands advanced payment and then provides sh!t service.
