    @startca don’t often watch MTV but something wrong with that channel. Resolution is wrong, screen is letterboxed and background audio is higher than main audio. Can’t hear what people are saying over the background music. Can this be fixed?

    @startca Any update on the outage in Mississauga? Connection has been flapping for about 4 hours now and when I spoke to support around 10am, they couldn't find anything identifying an outage but the guy suspected there would be one soon.

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.
