Daniel (@Daniel89825641) reported@startca it has been over 48 hrs since my new modem has been registered but my internet speed is still the same. My wife wants to switch to Bell as Fibe was just installed in my neighborhood. I decided to stay with Start for their customer service but this is embarrassing.

Jordan (@geebs1983) reported@_MadDuck @startca This is an absoulte garbage service, my internet is up and down and @startca hasn't done a damn thing about it, do as I am and find a service worth the money. POS service demands advanced payment and then provides sh!t service.

Glenn Stuparyk (@libra2910ca) reported@startca hey start, wondering if you will be offering any discounts for the internet service. I'm seeing a lot of deals right now from other companies which is very tempting. I feel that paying $95 a month for internet is getting to expensive for only 300mbps.
