Start.ca Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BTP1960 Brian Perry (@BTP1960) reported

Will definitely be cancelling my service with @startca. CNN has been offline for *six* days and replaced with an error message. In no way is this acceptable.

  • faboli Fabricio de Oliveira (@faboli) reported

@iPhoneinCanada Once upon a time, I switched away from @Rogers to @startca because of the cost. Had a small few issues in the beginning and once I was without TV and Internet because they needed a Rogers technician to come to my place.

  • Jhericho38 Proud Liberal (@Jhericho38) reported

@unownedspaces @startca They already said on their feed here they will. They're just waiting to see what the scope and duration of the outage is. Can't no the duration until everyone's back to normal, though.

  • johnnyaverage04 JohnnyAverageGamer (@johnnyaverage04) reported

@startca I was going to comment on PlayStation having issues but it looks like you have already acknowledged this in the tweet. This is the 3rd day that i cannot play any game except the one i have on disc, but every other platform (switch, Amazon fire tv, tablet) is almost back to normal

  • nicovfernando Nico Fernando (@nicovfernando) reported

@ValdronVictoria @startca Is it completely down or just slow?

  • CWChapter2 C̴нєяуʅω (@CWChapter2) reported

@vasta @startca Ours in NW (@startca) isn’t stable yet either. I’m still continually defaulting to my old bell hi-speed phone service for reliable connection. I was wondering the same thing, hoping it’s back to normal by Monday!

  • DinisPhillip Phillip Dinis (@DinisPhillip) reported

@startca How about absolutely no connection? I’m not experiencing slow service; I have absolutely nothing. Downtown London. No amount of reboots, or calls with tech support helps.

  • shock_lab Mike Huk (@shock_lab) reported

@startca So do I hold tight or call for help? I’ve power cycled my modem and router a few times today and still no connectivity. In Whitby.

  • Jhericho38 Proud Liberal (@Jhericho38) reported

@DinisPhillip @KeithIsnor @startca Been up in London since 22h after the outage stopped. Home Phone came on last night. Still waiting for TV, though.

  • jmccall54 Jeremy McCall (@jmccall54) reported

@blaineschalk @startca Yeah so it’s an option for those other reasons for sure, but teksavvy would be $7 a month cheaper than what I pay now for the same service.
