Why the hell would they just post that and save people a lot of time wasted sitting in a phone que for hours. Since Koodo, things have gone down hill.

The cable literally disconnected at the pole 2 weeks ago, its been lying on my lawn and they still haven't fixed it. DODGE THIS **** SERVICE!

Olee (@Olee22090047) reported@startca absolutely the worst isp out there. Customer service included. Almost a hundred a month and without exaggeration, cant watch a single video online without it buffering multiple times. Finally had enough

Jordan (@geebs1983) reported@startca We've been over this, ALL of my equipment is new & the placement is correct. If its isolated to my residence why did you stand me up the 2 times you were supposed to come out? Like I said, DODGE THIS INTERNET...SUPPORT IS NEARLY NONEXISTENT.

I no longer want your help, I now just want to make sure everyone knows what a terrible service this is and the even worse customer service provided.
