    @startca is there an outage in East York? Haven't been able to get internet for nearly an hour, router has been restarted and appears to be fine.

    Just has the worst customer service from @startca (Sherri?) that it almost makes me want to switch to Rogers. Abysmal and rude. (Also, doesn’t help that there’s an outage that they won’t even attempt to help resolve.)

    @GabrielCPinto @startca I don’t game so I can’t speak to speeds regarding that, but have no issues using streaming services with them ie Netflix Disney+, Amazon prime. I actually have their IPTV service as well and I’m quite happy with it
