    @startca any known issues in the midhurst (L4N) area? Internet has been down for an hour, modem canโ€™t acquire downstream channels, wondering if itโ€™s weather related or if Iโ€™m just lucky. :)

    @cdntruthseekr Now @startca is telling me they canโ€™t reconnect for at least 3 business days. WTF. Plus, it took me 1h35m to speak to a human AND they tell me I need to wait in line for any further communication. Terrible company that scams paying customers.

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts
