@startca it has been over 48 hrs since my new modem has been registered but my internet speed is still the same. My wife wants to switch to Bell as Fibe was just installed in my neighborhood. I decided to stay with Start for their customer service but this is embarrassing.

@Gooni3Gamess @startca And I as well have had start since it came to london on. This is the worst it’s ever been with no sign of change. I’m done with you guys. Changing to new service provider next week.

@Mikeggibbs Check out @startca. I dumped Rogers for Start in 2013 due to frequent outages. Start uses Rogers infrastructure, but I had virtually no down time for the 5 or 6 years they supplied my internet.

@_MadDuck @startca This is an absoulte garbage service, my internet is up and down and @startca hasn't done a damn thing about it, do as I am and find a service worth the money. POS service demands advanced payment and then provides sh!t service.
