@cogecohelps @cogeco @startca So when my mother-in-law is using an older non-wifi modem, she would have to change her whole service to get a wifi one? She couldn’t just upgrade the modem?

@startca If you want to game you can't If you want to work from home you can't If you want to use gambling sites, you can't There is 1 upside, weight loss. I've lost 10 pounds going up and down the stairs 5+ times a day to reset my internet.

My internet went down (for the second time) so I called support. The gentlemen was amazing and helpful. I hoped to share the love,by the time I made it back to my computer my internet had once again crashed. I love @startca and I usually have no complaints but come on 😭

@startca You had your chance to help me but instead stood me up twice causing me to miss work, meaning I didn't get paid for those days. I no longer want your help, I now just want to make sure everyone knows what a terrible service this is and the even worse customer service provided.

@startca I have multiple friends with this service that have complained about the same problems as I have. I don't know the severity of there intermittent issues but it does seem to indicate that this isn't isolated to me.
