Jordan (@geebs1983) reported@startca @NeilDowsonPEC IF YOU SIGN UP FOR WELFARE SERVICE YOU GET WELFARE SERVCE. DODGE THIS GARBAGE, WELFARE SERVICE. When it works it's fine, when it doesn't they just blame the customer, or Rogers, or the Tooth Fairy, anything to get you off the phone.

Steve Adams (@SteveAdams) reported@cdntruthseekr Now @startca is telling me they can’t reconnect for at least 3 business days. WTF. Plus, it took me 1h35m to speak to a human AND they tell me I need to wait in line for any further communication. Terrible company that scams paying customers.
