    @startca @MoonIitPhoenix Same in Alcona innisfil off 2 or three times now and been down steady since10:30. I can see the modem lights when it goes down. So I know when it come up.. no voip or internet

    @geebs1983 @beisan @startca Ran into same, but lines were Rogers. On the Start side, I get Tier 3 help. She spent days narrowing down very odd and specific issues, and even tried to 'fudged reports to get Rogers out twice to tweak things - which worked. Love Start overall, but can't wait for their fibre.

    Thank for bullshit customer service for the last 5 years @startca but your HOUR wait times to get through to billing and nothing but connection issues EVERY MONTH I'm done **** you guys
