    @startca @NeilDowsonPEC IF YOU SIGN UP FOR WELFARE SERVICE YOU GET WELFARE SERVCE. DODGE THIS GARBAGE, WELFARE SERVICE. When it works it's fine, when it doesn't they just blame the customer, or Rogers, or the Tooth Fairy, anything to get you off the phone.

    @startca switching internet services. I am tired of the unstable internet speeds. I am now paying 70 bucks a month for poor performance. I have found a new provider with better speeds and 20/month less. Thank you #Oxio

    @startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.
