@startca We do not have fibre service at our location, still on cable service. And I was told that was no ETA for fibre in the neighbourhood.

@startca having issues with no internet. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? I called your customer service line and the gentleman was less then helpful.

@startca Any issues reported in the Etobicoke area, as my Internet has been down for about the last 30 minutes, even after a power cycle of the modem.

@startca Any update on the outage in Mississauga? Connection has been flapping for about 4 hours now and when I spoke to support around 10am, they couldn't find anything identifying an outage but the guy suspected there would be one soon.
