    Neither @rogers and @startca will get a technician here to fix my internet after a @Rogers technician disconnected my NON-direct Rogers line while hooking up another unit's internet until tomorrow morning. Both seem to think its acceptable to make us go without internet....

    oh @TELUSsupport it is ***** to buy @startca shove us to Altima Telecom which doesn't have a self service option, only has phone customer service during banking hours while also having bought Koodo, offering internet there, not being able to combine accounts

    @startca @oxio_internet We should need very little support if you provided good quality and reliable internet. It used to be good a couple of yrs ago. I don’t know happened to you guys. I hope you are aware that your reputation is no longer a good one.

    @startca Perhaps if you’re going to raise the prices, your internet service should actually connect. Where is that covered in literacy
