@TELUS is it just me or has the TELUS customer gone severely down hill. I just spent 1 hour and 42 minutes on hold only to be cut off because they are closed for the day. I am thinking it might be worth my while to check the competition to see what they have to offer.

@KloepperJ @Bell @TELUS Not even an existing customer, just trying to transfer my number and they couldn't do that. Just signed up for their internet. Cancelling it after 1 day because of the horrible customer service. Don't know how you lasted 10 years.

@MobileSyrup Wow. Just got an update from Telus Support that the Pixel 5 I ordered from them Nov 18 is 6 to 8 weeks out. One tech told me covid issues at the plant. Have y'all heard anything?

What is with @TELUS & @TELUSsupport. I have been trying to get my landline fixed for a week. They sent a tech out who installed fibre optic cable but didn't get the phone working. Now I get an email saying they are cancelling the service?

Starting at 5:30 today (11-30-2020), we're going to be doing some service on our Shaw Internet connection. Our Telus connection will take over the campus traffic so the impact should be minimal. Thanks for your patience!
