@RogersHelps I have to say I’m extremely disappointed in your service and company. What @Rogers needs to understand is not everyone is rich. At least @TELUS gives back to Canadians and are flexible on prices.

  • yyzav8r YYZAV8R (@yyzav8r) reported

@TELUS no data reception in Campbellville, Ontario. Near Guelph Line and 401. So much for Canada's best network. My work phone on Roger's is working fine.

  • craigbond Craig Bond (@craigbond) reported

@TELUSsupport with many people still without power after the severe storm in Ottawa, would you consider giving free data to existing Telus and Koodo customers? I am four days into my monthly data plan and already at 50% and I never use 100%. Your help would be appreciated!

  • ShawnaLeeG ShawnaLeeG ❤️🇺🇦💉💉💉 (@ShawnaLeeG) reported

@CAlexMasse @BonEchoPP @TELUS We do not. But may be something to look into! We have cell service at most parks we camp at. Bon Echo is an exception

  • PoweredbyPoodle CJ Frederick 🇺🇦 (@PoweredbyPoodle) reported

@LTFD_NOIQ We both have phones that send us Amber Alerts, but neither of us (@TELUS network) received an alert. Curious about what went wrong.

  • msmarg Marg 🇨🇦 (@msmarg) reported

@hydroottawa Due to issues with my cellular carrier (@TELUS ), I can’t see the map. Any updates for Kanata South, please?

  • Peter79204473 Peter (@Peter79204473) reported

@TELUS finally saying goodbye to this crap company. Support was useless as usual. Loyalty department is a joke

  • flmftr007 Rick Wennerstrom (@flmftr007) reported

@AB_EMS_War_Room @DrStephanieCoo1 Regardless, AB EMS is in a crisis. I agree 911 will be answered unless there is Telus outage issue BUT ambulance response must be fixed. >300 practitioners in the province off work and 9 FT and 56 casual hired to fill the gap?

  • MattyPlumz x-SalTrey’s Diamonds (49-27-6) (@MattyPlumz) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Ya know it’s funny, you guys keep adding phone lines & adding phone lines daily but you do NOTHING to add more towers to support the capacity. Pretty sad when I pay $120 a month for my cell & CANT EVEN WATCH A HOCKEY GAME AT WORK!!! 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼

  • Senturion Spencer Callaghan (@Senturion) reported

I get that big storms are tricky but my work phone from @TELUS has intermittent service while my @Rogers phone is completely useless.
