Welp. @TELUSsupport / @TELUS have been wildly incompetent today. I still have no idea if someone is actually coming to move my services tomorrow morning or not. I think I'll be too busy moving. Both house and to another service.

@Shokr73 I couldn’t believe it actually worked here. Telus sent people out to their tower to check it out and their solution was to add our house to their existing trouble area and fix nothing. We did get a better router with high device capacity and I do think that has helped.🤞for you.

@TELUSsupport Love it when the wifi goes down for hours, the tv is subsequently in and out, and to top it all off telus callbacks going straight to voicemail without even showing that we had been called on the decide multiple times. How do we have no home service and no calling?!

@J_L_Walker I spent more than 2 hrs on the phone with @telus on Friday, & booked a service call for Saturday & THEY DIDN’T SHOW UP. It took another hour on the phone, & 3 different depts for them to finally tell me the appointment hadn’t been booked properly on their end. Brutal.

Anybody else thinking it's time to cancel their sports packages and just grab the games we want from... Other... sources? What number of people at $20+/month would it take for Rogers and Telus to have the blackouts lifted? #NHL

@MrMerlotMusic I've had nothing but the most unpleasant experience with this horrible company for years and yet I stay because I know it's likely just as bad with bell or telus. trying to use my leverage of being contract-free now to get my money back at least lol

@trader363 @TELUS didn't sell enough S20s they had to put em down.

Contract IT is at it again: we MUST switch to Telus internet, apparently, or when we move to O365 everything will be too slow.
