@loxyisme I usually have better luck with TSN sign in for no buffering than my Telus one. Telus optik is not reliable as long as I've had it.

The cause of the outage was due to a dump truck that caught the Telus cables which also affected our high voltage cables. If Telus customers are having issues, please contact them directly.

There has been a lot of theft on our Gitxsan Indian Reserves due to drug dealer invasion. I have #Ring and @TELUSsupport Security because both are lousy. No parts for Ring flood lights; and Telus doorbell constantly has problems 😩 Bands are useless with nepotism & no ed.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport your signal strength in Etobicoke Centre is far poorer then that of Fido, same along 491 corridor between Montréal and Toronto. Might be time to beef up cellular strength if you want to continue being one of the big telecoms

@NoDronesCanada @TELUS @TELUSsupport my partner had similar vexations with shaw recently. Turns out Shaw email isn't *Shaw* email, it just dresses up that way. So it wasn't their problem, they said. Go talk to Webmail they said. GGRRRRRRR.

@CRTCeng @TELUS @TELUSsupport Case in point. When you call their support number the message that greets you is that “due to unforeseen circumstances we can’t answer your call”. What unforeseen circumstances would keep a support line from functioning as that? /1
