    Apparently the #Telus #babylon app records your patient consultations with the doctor on the other end There are questions about in which country that data is stored, what privacy & data laws apply & whether the over-broad terms of service takes away your ownership of that data.

    @TELUSsupport your instructions on configuring Outlook post migration aren’t very good. I’d like my Telus email to@come through there and not Google. Followed your instructions and when I input my Telus address, says “email address already added”. Doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TheWindsorStar Completely disagree with this opinion piece. Customer service and customer experience has been replaced with made up rules and power trips by larger corporations like @WalmartCanada and @TELUS. Can’t wait until some of these companies start getting audited or prosecuted.
