@prairiecentrist I mean if we are going to point fingers lets point to big biz like oil companies & telus etc that raked in millions to billions in support payments … but thats bot good click bait is it canadain media?

After years using @TELUS for my home services and putting up with terrible customer service, I switched to @Shawhelp. What a strange experience for me: technician came on time and got the job done in minutes without leaving a big mess. Shaw and I are off to a very good start.🤞

  • James__CW James (@James__CW) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Well after almost two decades I have said goodbye to Rogers and feeling great about it. I'm sure Telus is just as bad..maybe we need to stop the telecom monopoly in Canada.

  • MartinJmcmah I’m not paying Elon Musk (@MartinJmcmah) reported

@TheTyee Fair enough if they (Telus) are breaching MSP regulations, but Telus has offered access to primary care where there are no GPS. Removing this service will cause delays in care

@TELUS Your website does not work. its buggy will not update my credit card. Its past time i speak with a human. This gives me trust issues about your alert system if its like your website probably will not work when we need it most.

@KashPrime @farid__jalali When workers are being exploited, their lives are neither longer, happier, or healthier. When we're fighting "center-left" governments eg. #BCNDP to give corporations like Telus control of healthcare provision, outcomes will only deteriorate. No amount of technocracy will help.

@Kandee90z I would forget what my ringtone sounded like if Telus never called me.

@tmccull603 Ugh. Have you got "Call Control?" (I know that Telus mobile offers it but surely whoever gives you landline service has something comparable.) Telus offers it for free and once turned on the caller needs to listen and press a number to get through -- war dialers can't do that.

  • uvaraj_t Uvaraj Thulasiram (@uvaraj_t) reported

@TELUSsupport I need help with my mobility account. I tried reaching over, 1. phone - failed! 2. chat - failed! 3. visited a store - no proper response. Is there any other way to talk to a real person in Telus?

  • Budthespud3226 Dallen Steinke Jr. (@Budthespud3226) reported

@AreOhEssEyeEe @Rogers My mother is with Rogers and she complains about their service too. I’ve never had any issues with Telus, and the store reps I’ve conversed with have been very helpful.
