@telus woke up not being able to use my phone number. Important communication missed. Need my cell service+number back ASAP

  • danielmullen Daniel Mullen (@danielmullen) reported

No Maple for me, as it seems Telus Health wants me as a customer. I am REALLY uneasy with the data they got from me today, in exchange for the offer of having a nurse practitioner do a consult, which did happen, with the conclusion that I need to get to a practitioner in person.

@DianaSteele Our corporate plan is Telus and have had issues ever since getting 5G phones because there actually isn’t a 5G network yet.

  • Humer1971 Robert Hume (@Humer1971) reported

@TELUS Stop with the WEF crap, or I will take my business somewhere else.

  • nabil01717 Nabil Khandaker 🇧🇩🇨🇦 (@nabil01717) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Just spoke with @TELUS customer service. They mentioned that they will issue a refund after a month. Can you imagine them being so irresponsible while breaching their pre-authorized contract and then let customers wait for such a long time! Criminal practices.

  • dirtybo0ts JJ 🇺🇦 🇭🇹 🏳️‍🌈 (@dirtybo0ts) reported

@mattdagley They are quite possibly one of the worst companies. Don’t bother with ADT either - they went completely downhill since Telus bought them out.

  • Mur87Nic 🌸Nicole🌸 (@Mur87Nic) reported

@TELUS can someone help me? I’m trying to remove a add on from my account. Was speaking with a agent and still no solution. Tried myself online as well.

  • Xzyer Gavin (@Xzyer) reported

@SaskTel When can we expect to see eSIM support for devices other than the Apple Watch? If you are able to issue eSIM for an Apple watch I don't see the technical reason why I can't get one for my Pixel Watch. Is this an unspoken exclusively deal? Should I move to @TELUS

  • WCoaster77 WCoaster (@WCoaster77) reported

@TELUS Telus is a risky link and socially dubious on top of that. "Go **** yourself." ~Bill Burr

  • brian9306 Brian Evans (@brian9306) reported

@mattdagley Remember that Bell and Telus share their networks in the Maritimes, if you had good service from one of their brands and switch to another brand for a better deal, the service is going to be similar. Rogers/Citifone/Zoomer has some good deals and they have a roaming deal to Bell
