Just a heads up, @TELUS mobility is increasing their plan prices by $7/ month, on top of charging a 1.5% credit card processing fee. I’ve been a customer for 15 years and asked them to match another company’s plan to which they declined. Who is the best alternative?

Beyond fed up with @TELUSsupport. Can’t get an agent on chat or phone for Business Connect and online portal absolutely SUCKS. Regret purchasing VOiP through Telus.

@RobertFife I think we need cheap, widespread high-speed internet for this not to have serious equity and access problems. Nationalize Rogers/Bell/Telus (or create a public carrier) and get those $/GB prices way down (or free).

@TELUS @TELUSsupport I am a Bring-It-Back Customer and required to bring my phone back Feb 23rd. So I ordered the brand new Samsung S23 Ultra so that when my phone get here, I can return my old phone.

@lowfive_ @TELUS That is absolutely and utterly ridiculous. Every other shop and restaurant I go to manage to pay it no problem. I understand for small businesses. Yet another example of giant corporations who are thriving right now punishing the middle and lower class for their own profits.

@TheBreakdownAB @trentjohnsen That map is BS. I live in a rural area that is supposedly 5G. My phone gets 1 bar and can drop calls/data anytime. Telus hub trial failed; former wifi ISP gave 2-3mbps down, 0,8 up. 5G?? Now I pay Musk's satellite a small fortune but it works.

@coffeecrew @CBC @AllPointsWestBC Interesting. It was only through TELUS MyCare that I was able to talk with a doctor. I was delighted to get help. You see...I have no family doctor and I'm far from rich.
