@rodmickleburgh @TELUSHealth My wife and I have had 6 successful virtual appointments with fam Drs through Telus Health. WE HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED. Our long time FD died and we can’t get another. Lining up at 7 am at a walk in clinic is ridiculous. WTF else are we supposed to do?

What’s a better cell service? @RogersMobileCa @TELUS @BellMediaPR or others? I am with Rogers. Their bills ranges drastically, I tried to switch to Telus but it’s taken 4 days to get any kind of support. It seems the monopolies win in the Canadian marketplace.

@TELUSsupport Second crack at trying to talk to a Telus representative about a billing issue. So far it’s been 30 mins and still nothing. And no I do not want to talk to a computer program to try and resolve my issue.

@TELUSsupport was it a scam? I was going to cancel d order and talked to an agent during the cybermnday deals. Rogers had a better deal. The telus agent said, I will still have $10 discount/24 months so d price wud b close to what Rogers is offering. Bill does not show it 😤scam

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I lost my workday because my request to transfer my service to a new address was not processed. No appointments are found in system despite requesting one for 12/1. This is really frustrating.

Choked that @telus is charging a 1.5% fee for using credit cards to pay our bills. We already pay over double what our American/Australian counterparts pay for the same plans. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Something is wrong here.

When exactly did @TELUSsupport get so bad? Waiting to get a credit for a #FIONA fast pass for 100 minutes and counting. Chat BOT is not helpful only frustrating. And let's talk about the fee charge for using a credit card shall we?? 20 years of loyalty should count. #TELUS
