    The only reason I’m staying with Shaw cause they have monopoly in my area. How come @TELUS is letting them play like that. Hope @TELUS invests in some infrastructure. Shaw is beyond horrible in terms of service and promise @Shawhelp

    @MobileSyrup Wow. Just got an update from Telus Support that the Pixel 5 I ordered from them Nov 18 is 6 to 8 weeks out. One tech told me covid issues at the plant. Have y'all heard anything?

    @Apple is announcing their new products today. I’m verifying if the @TELUS 5G networks hardware aside actually have the bandwidth in place here despite map saying 5G. @financialpost intimated in an article yesterday the bandwidth for it wasn’t being sold to the network yet.

    @CraveHelp ok TELUS or CRAVE or BELL, I continue to get this damn problem every few days on multiple TVs where I have to log out and log back in just to have access to programming. The issue is when I have to log out because it tells me I have to subscribe to HBO etc..😡😡😡

    @fakeezzie I tried tethering but couldn’t get it to work. We have a box that allows for fail over service. I may need to get Telus in as a back up. I’m waiting for @SWCalgaryGuy to pull strings and get fibre to my house.

    Well @TELUS or @Koodo ?!? 1st time customer experiance is an absolute nightmare.! Who sends out a rep in a Telus shirt, offers a Telus plan, confirms on a Telus number and ships Koodo SIM cards !?! Then doesn’t have live service & takes 2 days for a callback... still waiting

    Well I must admit, @TELUS has redeemed itself as my phone and internet provider. Could still offer easier access to customer service but all the other problems have finally been solved.

    @Victoria59L Yes 15min from the Calgary city limits yet at times my cell service is 1/2 to 1 bar We live in the shadow of the foothills Satellite tv is flawless though expensive Telus hub was working until they loaded up their network So wifi is sketchy Waiting on a satellite

    Telus isn't even good at phones, the thing they're supposed to do, having a hand in healthcare for a fee is...uhhh mildly terrifying Could be worse I guess, could be Bell. But only a small difference, like between stepping in **** or having it thrown at you. Either way, ******.

    @SoniaFurstenau @bcndp Telus is filling a big gap because the govt has ignored the declining access to family physicians. With the poor roll out if the primary health care model, Telus is the only viable option. Telus isn't to blame, the govt's has not treated family doctor access as a priority.

    @A_MacLeod_Tyee @SoniaFurstenau There are two services:Telus MyHealth the virtual service which is covered by MSP and Telus Health, a boutique private health care that costs about $4500 per adult, $800 per kid and $1500 per adolescent, per year. Right now the only place you might find a doctor.

    @TELUS #TELUS “Customers First” promise is absolutely far from reality based on several months of back & forth conversations with the #ADT support team. Home Security system is not working and #TELUS unable to resolve nor finding a solution despite fees collected.

Now think about the cost of Telus health, and how many people can’t afford that = two tier system. That is not the “only viable option”

    @Rgocal Well they are in a city that gets strong signal on the AT&T network when they use their old Galaxy S9. I assume it would work. My M4 Pro works on Telus in Canada which roams on AT&T.

    @oneplus Last OP9 Jan 2022 mega update broke many things chief among which was MMS. No amount of APN setting witchcraft solves the issue. When is the fix for this coming? Been weeks already.. On Telus in Canada.
