@wmpdll @Melkorka12 They don’t care about retention really. New customer acquisition is more important for some reason. Long time telus. Have 6 boxes and at time was only one doing wireless. They had a deal and I was on month to month and they wouldn’t give it to me even if I did a contract.

Shocking service from @TELUS. Internet and optik tv go down without warning (no one in my home, power never went out, all bills payed on time and in full) only to be told I need to wait over a week to have a tech come to see if I need new hardware (current hardware only 4y old)
