    @cDenno I was on the bus in Inglewood, as soon as I crossed the river it dropped. I was like damn Telus you got no coverage in the hood?! Then it came and went a few times, no bars, 3g no bars etc.. then 4g and I could tweet again.

    The last two solved my problem for me (of course my cable bill is going up $6 😡) and the pricing is comparative to Telus so I might still switch. I’ll get a free TV after all.

    Is it acceptable @TELUS @TELUSsupport for us to be waiting over 72 hours for our internet to be reconnected? Seems to me that it’s not. We’ve spoken to no less the a dozen agents who claim 2-24 hours to flip that switch. Has anyone else had such bad service?

    Today I spent three hours dealing with four different @Shawhelp agents to figure out why six channels were missing from my TV lineup. The first two were extremely rude and unhelpful and forced me on Google to look at prices for @TELUS.

    Please consider updating your system so that service at the previous location is only disabled once service at the new location has been enabled. Not sure why something so simple hasn't been enacted by Telus. I mean, you're a tech company. Be better.

    This should be illegal and these companies need to be sued into compliance.A minimum of a 24hours support line for hacked accounts would exist at least to temporarily freeze accounts until issues can be resolved. @TELUS should be providing portal protection on all mobile accounts

    @Teach_Laidlaw My husband is with Rogers. He had it happen to him. It was really awful for a few days. I'm also with Telus. Haven't had any issues lately. Just the odd number with the same first 3 digits.

    I was on my phone at the time my phone lost service. I seen my crypto exchange passwords changing before my eyes. I immediately contacted Telus and all my crypto exchanges. I informed them of what was happening.

    @CRTCeng CRTC ****** Canadians as usual. BUT what do you except, with a former Telus CEO ******* running it? CRTC needs to be abolished as it is now. It no longer protects consumers, but protects the Big 3. Millionaire CEO (and buddy to Bell/Rogers/Telus) doesn't care about rates.

    @TELUS Ask your MP and @CRTCeng to support @SpaceX with their Starlink constellation. The Big 3, have already gotten 100s of millions and still cannot provide high speed internet.

    My 3 yr old iPhone 8 mic broke. I spent all afternoon on landline phone with, 1.Telus - we can't help, 2. Apple - buy a new phone. 3. Geek Squad -we can't help. Then I googled it and fixed it myself! Victory!
