Had work done in house. All #Telus gear was unplugged. Plugged in again¬hing works. Spent 97 minutes on hold listening to how wonderful they are. Tech on phone couldn't resolve. #Telus, you charge like thieves, your customer support sucks.

@Navin_K_Arora @TELUS Hi Navin. Koodo doesn’t stand or support it’s customers. I ordered an iphone 12 with Koodo but 3 weeks later, am still without a phone. UPS lost the package but blames penguin pickup. Koodo has refused to help me. Is this how koodo treats its customers??
