Telus built its network so radios hang off OPEN interfaces, chosen by a VP who rejects lock-in on the record. In a closed network, the giant wins the AI-RAN jump automatically. In an open one, a sub-$200M company can win a slot. That's not a loophole. That's literally what open RAN was invented for.   @SonyaPaterson I have been with Telus for my cell phone, back when they were Clearnet. They called me the other day and offered me an amazing deal on internet and steaming. As I moved along asking more details, the woman from Telus asked me where I lived and when I told her Toronto, she said she needed me to spell that for her. She said she needed my assistance with the township in Toronto. I asked her how she couldn't know the city of Toronto when Telus is a Canadian company and that I had never been asked for a township. I asked her where she was calling me from and she said, India. I was disappointed about that. Shame on Telus. Farming out jobs for cheap. I'm not giving them any more of my business, but I'm told Rogers is doing the same. Is that true?

  Not good when you walk into a @TELUS authorized repair shop, tell them the issues & before they even see the phone their first question is "is it the Galaxy S26?" @SamsungMobile just released this phone a few months ago & it's already known to repair shops to have issues 🤦

  @BCLionsDen @Rogers I switched a couple years ago. Telus coverage is **** compared to Rogers. Be ready for dead spots all around the lower mainland. The drive to Kelowna and back also sucked for service compared to Rogers.
