    @Ayan604 That is completely unacceptable, and I am sorry you had that experience Andy. This sounds like a spammer or scammer spoofing our caller ID to pretend to be TELUS.     Telus responded. I got a call from a tech within 2 hours. He has set up an appt with a service person to come tomorrow morning. He says my modem is a couple Generations old. Fingers crossed this fixes the problem. Thank you Joe from Telus Power of internet.

    @MPelletierCIO 9$ target, at that point depending on what telus is doing, its an acceptable buy if they havent removed most of their old management, then its not a buy yet as they will continue to allocate capital incorrectly. It's hard to allocate capital correctly if you believe you dont need to understand how the technology works that you're managing and building. Bad Culture. Truth hurts. Telus is a dud until they clear the house

    Smart TVs also can be turned on remotely, including the Alexa microphone in your remote control. It can also hack your wifi network and all devices on it. China did it for years in the USA. My FireTV when connected to the computer was changing settings on my PC, when connected via an HDMI cable, BUT NOT TURNED ON. I could tell because my PC screen would change as if a new monitor was turned on and found out it was the TV doing it. So a TV not turned on was still interfacing with my computer without my permission. I also noticed my TV was doing updates despite the fact my TV was not connected to my wifi network. Instead it was doing the updates without my permission, using the 4K Telus digital box it was connected to.

    @MPelletierCIO Try phoning Telus Why would anybody invest in a phone company that doesn't answer its phones. Customer services hasn't improved since the AGT days

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I had to call technical the other night because my emails were not working. The front line person I received - I don’t know what she did - but it didn’t help so tonight I went through ChatGPT and it helped me step-by-step and I fixed my own email problem!!!

    @TailosiveTech Can they pretty please come after Roger Bell Telus in Canada next? At this point I'll pay more for worse service from SpaceX simply to not pay the oligopoly we got going on.

    Hey #yyc #Alberta - do you want to be lied to consistently? Have your home internet suddenly cut-off or throttled?? Then #Telus is the service for you!! This once great company as AGT - is no longer, now PATHETIC sub, sub par - 3rd world customer service @TELUS @TELUSsupport
