    Rogers/Shaw along with Telus & Bell is just one step closer to a monopoly. The corporate elite love owning utility infrastructure where you have no one else to go. It’s just another form oligarchy. Any entity like this should be broken up or made into public infrastructure.

    If @Telus offers Telus Tv Plus with your internet know that it doesn’t work with Apple Airplay without serious issues that they are aware of. They offered free HBO and Crave. However their interface is so bad it’s not worth it.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Bye #telus 27 yrs as a customer. You have overcharged me 2 much for 2 long on multiple accnts. Your customer service wait times are well over an hour. & when I eventually get through you never fix the problem. Meaning more hour+ long waits. Hello #bell

    3 wks. Time @TELUS takes to contact me for customer service by their revised estimate. Moved business service with office move last yr. Was going to be a month before Telus could transfer accnt. Had 2 move to @ShawDirect. Then @telus tried to bill for months post disconnection.🤬

    @TELUSsupport I normally deal with loyalty dept. been with Telus for a solid 20 years. Looking to end my optik TV service, but retain PureFibreX 2.5 GB internet service. not sure who to contact. Please let me know. Also have mobility. only thing to terminate is optik

    @CalgaryResponse @joshyyc @TELUS You are correct Telus Sky as office at base and residential above. The problem is new buildings rarely have cheap rents office or residential unless subsidized. Old buildings are key to start ups for all types of business retail restaurants office etc.

    @CTVAtlantic How about we let online healthcare providers provide prescriptions? Other provinces have this “luxury”. Telus Health virtual care is so convenient, but they can’t provide us with anything other than spoken words because our province restricts it. Fix this please!

    @TELUS Optik TV is awful. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Thought your “fiber optic” tech would be beneficial for internet, same thing. 0/10, do not recommend.

    @TELUSsupport Service in the Apex Mountain Resort area has been down for over 24hrs for Telus smart hub. This length of outage is unacceptable. When will this issue be resolved?
