Anyone have @WWENetwork on @TELUS? I contacted @TELUSsupport nearly two weeks ago trying to figure out why WWE network’s streaming service doesn’t recognize my cable subscription. Telus had no explanation and said they would contact me with a solution (this has happened before)

Well @TELUS or @Koodo ?!? 1st time customer experiance is an absolute nightmare.! Who sends out a rep in a Telus shirt, offers a Telus plan, confirms on a Telus number and ships Koodo SIM cards !?! Then doesn’t have live service & takes 2 days for a callback... still waiting

Apparently the #Telus #babylon app records your patient consultations with the doctor on the other end There are questions about in which country that data is stored, what privacy & data laws apply & whether the over-broad terms of service takes away your ownership of that data.

@studingo @Shawhelp @TELUS So only having the usual 15-20mbit down every time the upload on the node decided to go wonky I couldn't stream at all the twitch (constant dropped connection/frames).....I then switched to Telus and never looked back after I went on their fiber.

@FreedomMobile Your price points are terrific. Your service remains terrible after a few years of service. There is a poor transition to service on Nationwide Cell Towers, and service deteriorates at one end of my home...and there are dead spots remaining in LaSalle. @TELUS has better offers.

@dronelaws That’s because Telus bought a lot of C band. Same is true of Verizon & AT&T in the US, but T-Mobile has little to no C band for their 5G network.
