I have to give a huge thanks to @TELUS My wife (and her kids) are now working from home. We have never reached our data limit never mind going over. A quick chat with a representative and now we have unlimited data for 2 years at no extra cost! #yyc #Telus

Hey @Telus. We’ve been in our new home since just before XMas and still can’t get our Internet, wifi, TV service sorted (so it actually works). Trying this as repeated service calls have resolved nothing. I suppose complaining on social media is a last ditch effort.

I’ve had nothing but problems from Shaw Mobile. I wouldn’t rely on it to call 911 properly if I was in danger. So buying out my phone and switching to a Telus Business plan… mixed feelings as I’ve always been a big fan and supporter of Shaw.

@diana_murphy613 Telus is your most competitive of the big 3. Bell isn’t a bad choice either but wouldn’t touch Rogers even if they offered me 50% off my bill. They’re that bad. I’ve repped all 3 so I say this with some experience behind me.
