    Trying to help my senior parents upgrade their internet speed and remembering why I haven't been an @TELUS user for the last 5yrs. @TELUSsupport do better for seniors. Your customer service is a God damn joke.

    The #INDU hearing into the July 8 Rogers outage has kicked off with Minister Champagne, who says he was in Tokyo, Japan at the time of the outage and immediately reached out to the CEOs of Bell, Rogers and Telus.
