@TELUS sent us equipment without authorization and took money from our account for a service we@never asked for (theft in my books). Now they expect US to ship the unwanted equipment before we get a refund. @Shawhelp, expect a call from us tomorrow.

We are finally having a @TELUS tech come to the house to figure out why our service is so ******. They say it’s a faulty connection. I hope so. I had high hopes for switching from Shaw. Looking forward to watching tv without the pausing, digitizing, etc.

Two+ weeks w/o internet, at *least* nine different customer service reps, two “I swear I’ll call you back tomorrow with an answer” that never happened, & today 1h20min mostly on hold to finally be told “sorry, service isn’t available at your house”. Thanks @TELUS @TELUSsupport.
