    For the past 3weeks, it has been a terrible experience with @TELUS @TELUSsupport with my internet. Zero customer service, customer support and resolution. We have been with them for over 4years and this provider act as if customers are ****. This is unbelievable!

    @MatchsticksCGY Last year Rogers forced the Flames into the middle of a legal battle against Telus and then they pull this ****. I hope the lawyers are sending the most professional sounding **** yous they have ever written.

    @TELUS Awesome, it took several tech support agents not knowing how to ssolve the issue before I found one who said I wasn't the first person having the issue and knew the fix

    Ironically, I am lucky my Telus phone plan has a lot of data so I can mobile hot spot for a few days withough insane charges. I had one major issue with Shaw in 15 years, since they were bought by Rogers, several.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS I am so ******* tired of your stupid AI bot that takes 10 min around in circles to get anywhere when you call. It’s bad enough I have to talk to gawd damn people in another country who don’t speak ENGLISH about MY SERVICES.

    @BDEPardell @NuggetCapital I read that Telus has a big real estate portfolio with value . Perhaps spun out as a reit or sold ? Telus sucks as is .

    @NforEnd @TELUS @Rogers Good luck try and get a hold of somebody at ROGERS. Expect to wait at least an hour to an hour and a half if you’re lucky. They’re all bloody awful

    @TheRiversEdgeAB I'm never dealing with Telus for the rest of my life. I'd go without before dealing with them again.
