I find that when they are itemized people read them, because of the expectation. I've had too much misinformation from different agents for certain companies, so I go right to the top.

Janet Wees (@JanetRWees) reported@JulieYAli @TELUS Sometimes those to whom you are referred get defensive. Maybe they think they will be blamed or they know that they don't have the answer. Advocate for yourself and if that means cc'ing CEOs then do it. They need to hear what's going on in customer service so they can fix it.

However our Rogers and Freedom line we have are working fine. I know the tower is same because I’ve looked it up in the past for all 3 to see how far they are.

It's cheaper than the other similar systems in BC. This could have been a gov't funded service, but they're tapped out from giving our taxes to big oil & gas.
