    @CaptainAnatine Telus is a horrible corporation. My account went to collections after i refused to pay cancellation and reconnect fee on a so called delinquient account they could not tell me which month I missed a payment on. My credit rating took a huge hit. They are garbage scum.

    @TELUS Why does your service technician Aswani say he will here today to finish the installation 2 ago and confirms that I don't need to book with Telus. But then today is a no show and says i need to book with Telus

    Anyone ever dealt with @AsurionCares for phone replacement or repair? They handle extended warranties for @TELUS. So far, communication is 0/10. They don't contact you when they say they will, close service requests without telling you, and the whole process is cumbersome!

    @Shawhelp Yes I know there's an issue in my area that has come and gone multiple times and you aren't fixing it. Between Telus Ingress on the plant and a botched infrastructure leg somewhere... IT JUST NEEDS TO BE FIXED... I know this because I used to work for you guys. FIX THIS.

    @TELUS I have one day old internet, I pay for 1GB and get only 300Mbps speed and there is no support I have connected my laptop with modem with Cable but still, the same issue and No one supports me, forwarded my call to the loyalty team, and put me on hold for 1hr and no answer.

    My cable box played in April fool's joke on me. After I went out for a walk I came back in to watch a movie off the pvr & found that the image was shrunk down to 1 quarter size of my TV screen & shoved up in the corner. WTF, thankfully the nice staff at Telus helped me fix it.
