    @TELUS @TELUSsupport when your situation is resolved it will not pass as ok and you should Reslly work on your costumer service hours because it’s not appropriate for it to be happening at this time of the night. Go send some workers to fix the issue because we are not happy

    High five to telus for sending someone unvaxxed AGAIN to my moms LTC to hook up her landline forcing me to rebook again, for the third time. Cool cool cool. I have all the time in the world for this ****.

    @lizzyinyyc I'm assuming they have Telus as their provider for the whole facility. Report them to AHS covid people. That they're sending unvaxed people into a LTC. Maybe they'll issue them a fine and they'll straighten out

    @lizzyinyyc Sad. I had a telus tech come fix my, ah, box and he was masked - I didn't think to inquire re vax, oh oh (but that was 2 weeks ago and no symptoms)

    @Rhiannon_Kirton @TELUS This is awful. I'm so sorry. It's 2021 and this **** is still rampant, I just can't understand how these people in their positions of privilege still think it's okay to not even do the bare minimum and treat people like this?

    Anyone out there using an antennae to get a better Internet signal to our Internet smart hub? Especially from @TELUS ? Our Internet has been beyond terrible for 2 days now. Bitching about it does not help, maybe an antennae will.

    @Halpingal Don't go with Telus. We switched right before the pandemic shut everything down - the only reason we did was because we had an amazing rep at our local store, who steered us right. She's left the company now, so as soon as our contract is up, in aboutv6 weeks, we're headed back
