@Highteaspeaks @Bell Try to get on an employee program with either Telus or Rogers. If you don't mind issues with network coverage sometimes and the likes, then try Koodo or Fido for cheaper plans. But if you want a plan that's 5g and the likes, then I'll suggest the Big 3. Worked for them before

@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport You're paying for an expensive phone. I pay about $35 before discounts for an unlimited plan with Public mobile. It uses the name Telus network. Feel free to use my referral bonus. 7W08EK My specific plan isn't available now but anything more than about $35 and you're overpaying

@TELUSsupport Telus should really be giving customers a credit on their bill as the customer had to install the new digital boxes. That was a service that a technician used to do. Plus, I now have to get these boxes to Canada Post. $50 credit would be great. Thanks.

I don’t know why I continue to give Koodo/Telus money when I consistently have 1 bar of service on my neighbourhood. I’m told that’s normal, though 🙄.

@Social_Moi @TELUS So funny. People have become slaves to the service and expect it for pennies on the dollar. For copper services yes I can see the sub $70 being the norm. High speed rates like 250-1g are in that $80-100 Mark. I pay $90 for $500. Beyond satisfied.

Trying to move my Telus internet to a new apartment. Customer service quotes some absurd price. Mention I'm looking at their website and it says same service is $70/m for that location. "Thats for new customers". Telus charges more for being an existing customer?!?

@Highteaspeaks @ajayi_g @Bell It is good you had a good offer from Chatr. I used Chatr for 2 years. I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Hey a decade ago Canadians were offered American cell service in Canada, but Telus whipped up such a frenzy among Canadians it never happened.

@koodo So even while using a telus network , the parent company doesn't have enough backups .
