  • Brian_BCX Brian Carriere (@Brian_BCX) reported

@Shawhelp So 90 down and 30 up is bad. Got it. My friend has Telus’ cheapest plan and gets 90/90.

  • canoeheads Canoeheads™️ (@canoeheads) reported

I’m sorry if you’re trying to call the Canoeheads home office, stupid @telus landline is down again

  • mjisrunning fun and games (@mjisrunning) reported

@PenelopePsauce @TELUS I had cable when I had roommates. When I moved into a place solo it was just too much to afford. The choice was internet or nothing... so stuck with internet. I rarely watch anything "live" anyway. Have never looked back. It's been 8 years.

  • RajuSinngh Raj Singh (@RajuSinngh) reported

Anyone who uses @TELUS internet how is the the speed and service? I've been dealing with @Shawhelp for the past four days with internet and have spent hours on the phone on hold when I was #1 on the queue. Maybe it's time for a.change.

  • notslimreaper00 Thomas Bennett (@notslimreaper00) reported

@Heims @TELUSsupport As an unofficial rep for telus, i apologize for the issues but remind me you that when you were a kid there was no tv, only dinosaurs and sticks to play with outside. I kindly remind you, **** you Hamilton. I would also like to remind anyone tasked with guarding you to GO UNDER!

  • CurtisHerle Curtis Herle (@CurtisHerle) reported

So disappointed with @oneplus and their service. Originally, they told me that my phone would work with @TELUS 5G but now they tell me a different story. Now stuck with a 5G phone that can do only 4G. No attempt to make it right. Instead of #NeverSettle I have to #Settle.

  • thomasrandalbe1 thomasrandalbell@gmail.com (@thomasrandalbe1) reported

@LoveElizabest @iristel Same here. Threatening arrest if I don't press 1 to speak with an agent. I managed to stop the calls using Call Control with Telus. It's a fee service and a caller has to press a randomly generated number from 1 to 9 to complete their call. No more robo calls! :)

  • StrategicThghts David Schreck (@StrategicThghts) reported

@TELUS said I must switch to fibre optic as they won’t support if problems with copper wires. Today their AI call asked if I’d like to do the install myself with virtual support. Imagine they’d have me climb pole and string cable. #bcpoli @ShawInfo

  • sookemonitor Bob Lawblaw (@sookemonitor) reported

@TELUS OK so I can save $1530 on a phone?? How much is this phone worth? I've never spent more than $300 for a phone.
