@TELUSsupport We contacted Telus by phone twice, once this year and once last year and they said they are “aware of this issue in our area” said they will let the technical team know and will call us/investigate and they never do anything. Do better.

telus fibre optic is such a joke lol. internet 150 plan and it's honestly worse than shaw. I give these people so much money and I can't get proper service. apparently if I'm a whole 3 inches further from my modem than usual, I can't even watch a YouTube video at 480p. Garbage.

The worst possible excise for customer service is the 611 number advertised by Telus. you will have a difficult time finding anyone that speak or understand English & God forbid you find someone that actually wants to assist Telus obviously taking que from Bell.

  • tcolahan Admiral Saproling (@tcolahan) reported

I'll watch this tommorrow. **** if I'm staying here the winter I wonder if they'd let me pay to switch to Telus. I expect this tweet to take up to a minute to actually go through....

  • StevenX_DFA StevenX (@StevenX_DFA) reported

@YukonScott Honestly Telus will never fix a piece of hardware unless it outright fails anyway so it's not like I had anything to lose lol

@TELUS tell your support team to check their inbox, people getting scammed with awefully realistic phishing emails…

@TELUS So, when I speak to customer service in Mexico, are you taking advantage of their lower standard of living and wages, or do you use them because of their superior command of the English language? Just wondering.
