@facepalmchris All the telus techs I encountered were at worst, a little stressed from their 12 work days. You know Yaniv was acting like a white trash karen the whole time, berating them on what they can touch or what they can do.

@darthvanderlaan @TELUS Huh, I didn't know Bell bought Telus. Sounds like the same quality customer service.

@journo_dale “Into our 5G network”? Do we already have one? Why then are we looking to Huawei to provide one? Does the National Post want Trudeau to make decisions for robust businesses like Bell Shaw and Telus? Lazy journalists are dangerous.

@darthvanderlaan @TELUS Ultimately they're still getting my money as I went to Koodo. The data plan I have is 1/2 of what I would have been paying with Telus. My hunch is they're trying to push all personal mobile service to Koodo and keep Telus for business mobile service.

@darthvanderlaan @TELUS Ask to be passed in to customer retention. They have much more leeway than the regular sales staff.

@darthvanderlaan @TELUS Also a telus customer. And it always blows my mind that companies will throw money to get new customers but do so little to keep existing ones…

@darthvanderlaan @GlenMah @TELUS If you say it that way, a competitor won’t go out of their way to treat you better. That being said, I’d also want to tell everyone how pissed off I was
