    Felt really bad for someone at @Telus @TELUSsupport when I had a live chat with them. The conversation went down a completely bizarre route, I knew he was incorrect and it took over an hour before being diverted to someone else. Companies MUST train their staff. Sigh.

    @Aerialslayer @TELUS Yes, I noticed my cellular network was set to t-mobile, don't want to get charged for roaming when i'm literally in my office in Canada
