@telus throttles my internet when I exceed my data limit because of the grandfathered nature of my contract. Painfully slow, except ads. I hate big Canadian telecom

@StillMeowing 36 I believe. He's has day gigs like a serving rep in a liquor store (who TF made the decision to hire him to rep their brand??) or contracted product rep for TELUS. But even those were brief. Oh, he was a call center rep for Service Canada and was fired after a couple months.

I have been a @TELUS client since the Clearnet days. In all that time, what did I ever receive for my loyalty? Not a damn thing. Oh I got the loyalty discount… after I threatened to cancel. Now they jack my bill up $7 just because. Telus 2022 Q3 profit? 551 million. Done.

@WillardFoxton It’s the worst. I’ve been trying to cancel a phone with @TELUS for weeks. Even went to the store but couldn’t cancel in person. The one time the callback option worked they just put me on hold when they called back. I eventually gave up again and hung up. Still have 3 #s w/ them.
