They called me telling me I could save money on my account and asked who I currently used as a phone and internet service provider. Wtf, how did they not know I was with bell for 15 years?

I for one I use Rogers communications but these guys increased my bill from 50$ to 70$ without notice I switched to Telus who gave me 40$ 1Gbps Rogers called me and gave me 1.5Gbps at 35$.

If you want a guaranteed Canadian agent, use the French options as you'll get an agent in Montreal (home service agents work there too).

I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

Let’s see how long it takes them to comply with this… Spoiler: They won’t. Bell, Rogers, Telus and the rest will just hike base monthly rates, push harder on device contracts to keep cancellation fees alive, and invent shiny new “admin” or “service” fees with different names.
