@Haywire_45 I'm no fan of Telus for internet or cell in this area either but simply no choice. Fought for years over pathetic service on air cards and cell phones, but for some reason that smart hubs rocks, something is different how it gets so much better signal, like they are prioritized.

@TELUS as 4-year long customer fiber home internet service, I have been disconnected since Tuesday, with promises of restoring my connectivity since Wednesday Noon. My connection has still not been restored at Friday noon. 1/6

You know what's super cool? When @TELUS doesn't process your equipment return properly and you end up with a stain on your credit history years later for their blunder. And good luck getting any help from @TELUSsupport. Garbage.

I have spoken to no less than 9 Telus service people this week. It is the same process every single time. It takes 1 hour for them to understand the issue and go through the chain, with same outcome each time. 3/6
