    @telus throttles my internet when I exceed my data limit because of the grandfathered nature of my contract. Painfully slow, except ads. I hate big Canadian telecom

    My ‘loyalty’ plan is now over as well. Not related, but for the absolutely shitty service I’ve received since I signed on, the cost is unbelievable. I will never recommend #Telus @TELUS to anyone, & am looking to switch at this point. This has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.

    @Dave_Khan @CMOH_Alberta There is NO WAY schools aren't spreading centres. They seem to be the major driver in numbers going down whenever they are closed. Also, this "AB Trace Together" app foisted on us by the Telus e-Health Minister is an embarrassment & Hinshaw should be ashamed to push it. #ableg

    Go try call @TELUSsupport for help, good luck. They screwed up my bill, I tried to call, auto callback assurance in an hour, waited and sure it rang, tried to talk, was put on hold for 10 min. then got disconnected. Grt svc #telus to a lifetime cust, time to switch @Shawhelp.

    Dear. @TELUS. I've been a loyal mobile customer for over a decade. I am currently looking for home internet. If you operated in Ontario for internet, I'd sign with you in a heartbeat. But you don't.

    Anybody else worried about the collapse of customer service?that banks, insurance co's, Telco's all feel its ok to put you on hold for hours while you wait to pay your bill, or explore/expand your service #CustomerExperience #CustomerFirst who's your worst? Mine is Telus!

    @TELUS double charged me again in November, to which I called again before the automatic payment I had set up. The only thing the customer service rep could do was cancel the automatic payments and balance out what I was double charged in October to cover the November bill....

    In past residences, I’ve used @ShawInfo and have NEVER had this sort of billing issue. @TELUS @TELUSsupport please explain why something so fundamental to your service is so royally incompetent. #TelusSucks #PoorCustomerService
