@telus throttles my internet when I exceed my data limit because of the grandfathered nature of my contract. Painfully slow, except ads. I hate big Canadian telecom

Is Telus withholding MSP services from anyone who isn't a paying customer? Are they reserving physicians for the "elite" who can afford to pay for what is essentially extended medical -- during a physician shortage crisis? THESE are the questions that need to be asked.

@TELUS customer service is absolutely horrible. Regardless of when you call them, your wait time to speak to someone is more than 1 hour. Why?

@JustinTrudeau Here's an idea Mr Telus. Let's charge the customer the credit card processing fee. We missed it when we set up that payment option. Trudeau won't intervene. He didn't intervene with the two airlines screwing people! Now, where's my bonus for profit ideas? Screw the public.

@SatiarShah Didn't see it. Tuned into SNP to find out Telus didn't carry Canucks game due to "Regional restrictions". I live in Chilliwack. My neighbors were all watching the game on SNP on other carriers. Looks bad on both Sportsnet and Telus. What can you tell me about this Sat?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Customer Service has SERIOUSLY DECLINED in the last year! Why is it so hard to PROPERLY PROCESS online forms?! I’ve answered all the questions, spent nearly an hour on the phone to try and get my order straight and it’s been DAYS now—clock’s ticking! WTF!
