They called me telling me I could save money on my account and asked who I currently used as a phone and internet service provider. Wtf, how did they not know I was with bell for 15 years?

Customer service and customer experience has been replaced with made up rules and power trips by larger corporations like @WalmartCanada and @TELUS.
