They called me telling me I could save money on my account and asked who I currently used as a phone and internet service provider. Wtf, how did they not know I was with bell for 15 years?

Customer service and customer experience has been replaced with made up rules and power trips by larger corporations like @WalmartCanada and @TELUS. Canβt wait until some of these companies start getting audited or prosecuted.

Have done that several times but it never seems to work I have an email today "Koodo Apple Stream" and was able to get in from my "save e-mail address and password but not when I type Koodo for access?

Your product (internet in this case) is less reliable than checked bags and now you wait longer on hold to resolve issue. And likely an average of 4 phone calls and 2 technician visits to solve the problem.
