CHABI DHAKAL (6B Vlogs) (@chabidhakal) reported from Windsor, Ontario@telusmobility, @TELUS @TELUSsupport how shameful of you to withdraw the money from the account for the next billing period after all the dues are cleared and the service is canceled and refusing to refund it back..#telus #telusmobility
-
JimmyJames (@jimmyjamesmm1) reported from Amherstburg, Ontario@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I ended up reporting the conversation and canceled all my bell subscriptions immediately. They called me telling me I could save money on my account and asked who I currently used as a phone and internet service provider. Wtf, how did they not know I was with bell for 15 years?

Angelica Haggert (@AngelicaHaggert) reported from Windsor, Ontario@Kim_Buckley @koodo @TELUS You get what you pay for. I have great cell/data service but their phone customer service is trash. All the people in the stores have been awesome tho.

Douglas House (@Houser58) reported from Windsor, Ontario@TELUS I guarantee there are a lot of nurses on the Telus network that there employs don’t play the bill. I know one for a fact.

Pierre Poilievre's Meatbag (@conser_nuts) reported from Tecumseh, Ontario@telus throttles my internet when I exceed my data limit because of the grandfathered nature of my contract. Painfully slow, except ads. I hate big Canadian telecom
-
Pierre Poilievre's Meatbag (@conser_nuts) reported from Tecumseh, OntarioFreedom Mobile, (@TELUS), can suck NY ***** for throttling my internet at 2gigs in an effort to upgrade my plan. Go **** yourself #telus
-
Jason Towsley 🇨🇦🔴 (@jasontowsley) reported from Windsor, Ontario@TheWindsorStar Completely disagree with this opinion piece. Customer service and customer experience has been replaced with made up rules and power trips by larger corporations like @WalmartCanada and @TELUS. Can’t wait until some of these companies start getting audited or prosecuted.

Steven (He/Him) 🇨🇦 (@spawnsteryvr) reported@TELUS That’s what I thought. Reddit post said it was a recognized Telus number but spam at the same time. Obviously if it comes from you, no issues getting past call screening. It appears this number did not get past it. Thanks for getting back and confirming.
-
TELUS Support (@TELUSsupport) reported@zulutruckeryyc Apologies, and that's definitely not the experience you should be having with your TELUS PureFibre service. To clarify, your internet services are no longer working?
-
Ramiel el Jocoso (@RamielReturns) reportedHey @TELUS, I’m using your international roaming service, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The data is painfully slow, and calls keep dropping. Is this really what you charge CAD $18 per day for? Shame on you.
-
va1slyfalcon (@va1slyfalcon) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Roger's, Bell , telus have a strong hold over Canadians and communication . People do not realize how absolutely aporant the service in Canada is . Disgusting
-
Soo Greyhounds Updates (@HoundsInsider) reported@ccoutu1 @Rogers @RogersHelps Telus is worse , fyi. Roger’s was the only company with service while I was away this past few days meanwhile I had 0. It’s not a single companies fault it’s the entire infrastructure in the North. Maybe call Chris Sc….oh wait

DividendBoomer (@BoomerDivvies) reported@cyberlander_ @TELUS No, I use shaw at home for internet. This is for our business lines and internet where the problems are occurring. They fcked up our transition from copper to fibre optic, which they asked for, and now I'm dealing with their incompetence.
-
Trish Maisonville (@macidpm) reportedThey have a list of TELUS mobility clients. When they call me, they don't mention Rogers, only Telus and say "calling from telus, as a longtime customer we see that you ... " So these learning tools should be shared w those responsible for protecting my privacy at TELUS
-
Cindy O 🇨🇦❤️ 🖖 (@Ceiba59Co) reported@lynnmercereau I was pissed they took over Shaw. Customer service is now a joke. I got rid of Telus because of their lack of service, and now in the same boat!

John Iosifov ✨💥 Ender Turing | AiCMO (@johniosifov) reportedTELUS deployed a voice AI agent to call new home internet customers in their first 90 days. Not to resolve a problem. Not because the customer called in. Just to check in. Result: customers who got that AI welcome call were less than half as likely to cancel within 30 days. That's proactive retention — and it completely inverts how most contact center AI is deployed. The standard mental model: AI handles inbound. Saves cost. Deflects calls. Reduces headcount. TELUS ran the opposite play. Outbound. Proactive. AI-initiated. And the economics are brutal in a good way. Every churn prevented is worth months of subscription revenue. Voice AI at scale means you can make that call to every single new customer — not the top 10% who triggered a risk score. Gartner projects $80 billion in contact center labor costs cut by AI this year. 88% of contact centers now run some form of AI. But 75% haven't operationalized it. They have tools. They don't have outcomes. The difference between TELUS and the 75%: TELUS defined the outcome first (reduce 30-day churn), then designed the intervention (proactive welcome call), then measured it. Proactive > reactive. Always. In contact centers and everywhere else. This is what the call center AI conversation is missing. Everyone's chasing deflection rates. The real money is in the outbound plays nobody's running yet.

Mr Briggens (@mrbriggens) reported@Ayan604 @TELUS @TELUSsupport When dealing with repeat offenders, I say "I'd love to" when ask something. Then I set down the phone.
