    @TELUS I guarantee there are a lot of nurses on the Telus network that there employs don’t play the bill. I know one for a fact.

    @TheWindsorStar Completely disagree with this opinion piece. Customer service and customer experience has been replaced with made up rules and power trips by larger corporations like @WalmartCanada and @TELUS. Can’t wait until some of these companies start getting audited or prosecuted.

    @Kim_Buckley @koodo @TELUS You get what you pay for. I have great cell/data service but their phone customer service is trash. All the people in the stores have been awesome tho.

    @JeffTetz Digital hoarding is a thing. Bookmarks, photos, bills, emails, texts, etc... I have emails with contracts and monthly bills for Shaw, Telus, etc. Never read them.

    @ruggedbroad If I'm dumb enough to call Telus and tell them they forgot to remove channels from my TV when I dropped 2 tiers, I would be dumb enough to pay a ticket that doesn't show in the system. With my luck, the system would find it at the worst moment.

    @AHobsonMedia I once worked in a Telus call center and a man called billing & help support & complained for 45 min the animals in the ads were silly. He had no idea what Telus was actually selling. I had to try & explain I don't have a say in the marketing campaign. True lesson in patience.

    Telus has the gall to throw $5 onto my monthly mobility bill when they have it discounted by $10 because the service is unusable in my block. In fact I have to phone them from a landline to complain!

    @jjhorgan Govt gives 100’s of millions to Telus, they profit. People foot the bill and Telus wipes out all the small businesses already providing service!

    @TELUSsupport DON'T bother. I have had trolls messing with my mobile services for years. It took some Telus people outside Canada to help me.

    @TELUS we set our internet up to be moved on the 29th (when we are moving) and you guys shut it off 2 nights ago where we currently still live. When i call i get sent around to 3 different departments who all give me the same stupid answer, can i just have my internet back?
