@RogersHelps hi! I am currently a Telus customer and am shopping around. Looking to possibly change providers. Waiting for some good promotions but wondering if you guys happen to do contract buyouts?

@TELUSsupport For a business whose core service is internet, no one seems motivated to get this done. We don't want to be paid in credits for no internet; we want to pay Telus for internet. More than that, we just need someone to communicate with us what is happening and then follow through.

@TELUS I hope your happy with telling a customer of 13 years that you can’t do anything for them after 2 trips to your stores, being forced to purchas SIM cards for no reason, no loaner phones available. Your staff at the call centres are rude, unhelpful and shows you don’t care

@IanSeggie @TELUSsupport @TELUS That's unfortunate. Same deal here, I got hit with it and a few of my friends didn't. Not sure why and Telus couldn't figure it out either. Phone and talk to the loyalty retention department and give em ****. They'll work with you. They did for me and I'm glad I did.

If there is an actual blackout in Ontario for phone and internet services, and Bell and Telus are supporting this…I think it’s time for me to find a new service provider. FML. #BellLetsTalk #FreedomConvoy2022 #CanadaTruckers2022

@MotorGirl1969 It does take awhile to get the kit. I signed up last March. Not cheap $800. But the mnthly cost is about the same as my Telus Smarthub (cellular internet) and right now the service is in 'beta' aka testing mode so there are no limits. Delay in getting the kit is chip shortages &

've seen some comments that Telus, Bell, and Rogers cell services are all experiencing "network issues" in the Ottawa area today. Their websites seem to confirm "network issues" but can anyone kindly confirm?
