Customer service and customer experience has been replaced with made up rules and power trips by larger corporations like @WalmartCanada and @TELUS. Can’t wait until some of these companies start getting audited or prosecuted.

Over a week later, still have not seen a device or heard from an installer. I cannot be on hold for another hour, can Telus please call or email me?

Combining companies won’t help end users. Carriers all about lowering their costs and increasing their profits.

Sara (@starkinly) reported@extremeXmetal Where I am it’s literally only service for Bell or Rogers. If you’re on another network, you’re struggling to get bars. A guy came to fix the tractor and couldn’t get enough signal to call his shop, he’s on Telus. It sucks!! I hate the big 3.

yallternative (@shananaparton) reportedAfter waiting forever in a line at a @TELUS store to cancel my services I've been unhappy with, I find out their staff can't cancel services in store anymore and am now wasting my time again to speak to an agent over the phone. So happy I switched. Crazy!
