@Kim_Buckley @koodo @TELUS You get what you pay for. I have great cell/data service but their phone customer service is trash. All the people in the stores have been awesome tho.

@steeletalk I found out via media...I am so very upset as we have been asking to be included and “radio silence” and then “boom” media drops this important info? We don’t have unlimited staffing and people like @TELUS to help us man the phones...why no notice to supposed front liners ! Sigh

@PeterPlansIt 1. I'm glad you're only tweeting this late at night when I can't do this for hours 2. I'm bad at this. And we don't even need to think about fuel consumption or efficiency. 3. This reminds me of the lunar lander simulation at Telus. Was slightly better at that.

hey if you do read my page and it seems many do - i will tell you my personal state of affairs is never the issue - i tend to focus on the big picture - i am nearing my wits end with this lack of support from @TELUS @TELUSsupport for one - so out of touch it is scary

@RogersHelps Just switched from Telus since you’re the only carrier with service at my place in downtown Kitchener. Why am I being told to visit a store to change the plan on my Apple Watch? Two reps have told me this. This is a BYOD device.
