@TheWindsorStar Completely disagree with this opinion piece. Customer service and customer experience has been replaced with made up rules and power trips by larger corporations like @WalmartCanada and @TELUS. Can’t wait until some of these companies start getting audited or prosecuted.

@Bzubyk Saw a note from Telus explaining they provided the 156 agents the govt asked for. Have added more for a total of 550 agents. Not one to defend Telus but they did what they were contracted to do and more than doubled in less than 24hrs. Poor forecasting by the govt. is the issue

@jjhorgan @TELUS Why was Fraser Health the only health authority of the 4 in B.C. to launch with an online booking system??? "The rest are expected to launch websites by April 12." 5 weeks from now? Seriously?? This is not a 'Telus' issue.

@RobShaw_BC @TELUS My bet is they totally underestimated the time per call. Wouldn’t be surprised if each call takes 10-15 mins. Gotta get that down to 3-4 mins per call. Better yet all the more reason for a dual contact approach, phone and online access

@PeterVogel @keithbaldrey Or private Telus users' wi-fi connections. They (Telus) say that wi-fi is not part of their service. Are they @Telus still in the 19th Century using tin cans???
