They called me telling me I could save money on my account and asked who I currently used as a phone and internet service provider. Wtf, how did they not know I was with bell for 15 years?

BlueCrabGames (@BlueCrabGaming) reported@globeandmail Doesnt matter when 95% of in person storefront enployees are also thick accent indians who scam the customer every chance they get, to increase their commission. Oh and 100% of the csa on the phone are indians. Even when a Telus employee has to call into their special emplyee only line, its all indians. I quit Telus/koodo explicitly because of the indians, one in particular that was a district manager and the most scum snake oil salesmen person i'd ever met.

The agents in Telus El Salvador have a mediocre English level, they can't even understand a spelling, they work with "scripts" unnatural customer service, then they grow after 1 month of training without any exp in airlines at all

Tegu breaking news. (@tegufy_news) reportedA fibre cut has left Telus customers in several northern B.C. communities without internet, TV, home phone, and wireless services. The outage, affecting areas such as Masset and Prince Rupert, is due to vandalism, according to Telus. The company has not yet provided an estimated time of repair.

When I call Mint Mobile in the US, I go through a very friendly Ryan Reynolds AI attendant and talk to an American right away. Plus, they understand and resolve my problem. Canadians have no clue how bad it has become for them.
