@TheWindsorStar Completely disagree with this opinion piece. Customer service and customer experience has been replaced with made up rules and power trips by larger corporations like @WalmartCanada and @TELUS. Can’t wait until some of these companies start getting audited or prosecuted.

Hey @Shawhelp, I was just informed that Shaw is switching accounts over to Gmail like Telus just did. I found it out from my printer support as our scan to email stopped working. Is this true? As a Shaw customer, I haven't received any communication re this.

Adventures in @TELUSsupport land (cont'd). The business line is no longer cross-connected with my home line. Reason? It stopped raining. Next time it rains, the business line will be unusable due to shorting out to the home line. This is your problem, Telus. Your tech created it.

Just a note to business owners: It is impossible to talk to anyone at @TELUSsupport to get a landline fixed. I'm paying $135.01/mo for zero service. Telus "fixed" the connection from the pole to the building. Now it's cross-connected with a different line. Telus: A phone company

@JanetRWees Thanks, yes. I got your info. I'll try it. I know where the problem is. It's on the supply line from the pole to our house. It was caused by rain shorting between two lines. One is a business line; the other is our home phone. Telus won't allow me to explain that. It's absurd.

@koodo Need (human) assistance… Paid last bill April 5 ( switched to @TELUS ) I am due a refund of $68.25 Initial inquiries showed I should await a cheque It’s never arrived and now I’m a “non-member” when I try to log on. Tired of running in circles.
