@telus throttles my internet when I exceed my data limit because of the grandfathered nature of my contract. Painfully slow, except ads. I hate big Canadian telecom

@TheWindsorStar Completely disagree with this opinion piece. Customer service and customer experience has been replaced with made up rules and power trips by larger corporations like @WalmartCanada and @TELUS. Can’t wait until some of these companies start getting audited or prosecuted.

@TELUS Telus adding an additional 1.5% in credit card fees to your already over-inflated, monopolized, penny-pinched phone bill. Canada's competition bureau needs to intervene and break up this monopoly. DO NOT support this company. BREAK THEM UP.

So I’ve been on hold with @TELUS @TELUSsupport for an hour now listening to their horrible music. This is the second time doing this just so that I can get my final bill, pay it and be done with them. Such poor customer service. Can’t find an email so I can do it that way. UGH!

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I ordered a phone 2 weeks ago called a few times customer service, they are useless, all they can say is be patient, after waiting each time on hold for to 2 hours, it can't be shipped bcs it has to pass 5 days from the process date then they tell you 3-5 day

@CKNW If not for the stupid land line, I will not even want to involve with @TELUS. We can not even get good service on internet at where we live because they never upgraded their boxes so we have been using @Shaw and their service has been excellent.
