@KyleGunderson Saved about 30% by switching to essentially the same package at Telus. Had some issues initially and odd quirks occasionally still … but I don’t regret the change. And more savings with more services …

@Lauren_Southern I have a facility with Telus that makes a caller enter a code the first time they call. Once identified, they don't have to it again. The scammers and spammers don't enter the code, and I have had no trouble since.

@TrifGaming @FreedomMobile Correct. Freedom is cheap, but there's a reason. I'm in waterloo and work at telus if you need a hookup. Boxing week starting soon so not a bad time to be in the market

@TELUS Please help! Phone broke. At Telus store in Erin Mills Town Centre. STORE CLOSED. Someone came at 1:07pm. I bought warranty but staff said I don't have warranty. They won't fix my phone. I'm an Instacart shopper and can't work without my phone. 20 years with Telus.

@TELUSsupport Telus has the worst customer service ever! So far 2 hours waiting for help and then the Agent can’t do anything! 30 year Telus Customer maybe not for much longer!!!!

I even gifted both Telus reps with free magnets I had made & the technician (3 hours in house) who came here took 3 magnets for his children! Why would their sales reps lie like this? I even shared I was recovering from stroke! Told me they knew folks could use help at Christmas!
