@ahmasonx @TELUS One thing to think about is how overloaded the network got. Once the power went out, everyone was on their phones. I know both Telus and Bell was overloaded big time. The outage was not a normal one, so it caused even more issues

@Nabatron @Sportsnet There's the issue. They rely on the internet to deliver your feed so there are latency issues. Shaw usually doesn't have those issues. Having a group text with people on Telus is hilarious.

@brycebaril A family friend wrote some stuff on contract for BC Tel (pre-Telus merger) 30 years ago and still has a support contract with them for it that they keep renewing every couple years so presumably they’re still using it. 😱

I'm still stunned that @TELUS preferred that I change carriers, despite being a loyal customer for over 25 years, rather that own up to their mistake and replace our phones. @telusmobility isn't the company it once was. Sad.
