    @TELUSsupport @TELUS 58 minutes on hold before talking to a person for help seems a little excessive. Shoutout to Raphael though, for being so kind and ready to help when I finally did connect. Too bad I had already driven the 30 minutes back to work for my work Zoom.

    @StephKall @TELUSsupport Only expect phone or email responses or accountability from Telus if you want to be disappointed. Not to hijack your situation but my tv bill arbitrarily tripled in price this month without any contract term expiring and no new service additions. No explanation.

    @NewfieHabsGurl @TELUS Also go to your provider for assistance, if they can't help you or support you, you should look for another source. It's only a battery someone out there can supply an alternative battery.

    Today I got transferred from agent to agent like 5 times and the 5th agent literally hanged up on me... Nice Customer service @Bell! is it too late to cancel my order and switch to @Telus instead? 🤔😒

    Ok so like I've been calling @Bell customer services and asking them where's my phone and all they do is just keep transferring me to another agent after another... I'm starting to regret switching to Bell from rogers. I should have gone with Telus instead 😒
