@TELUS @TELUSsupport way to string your customer along for almost an entire month, only to screw them out of a phone because four separate calls later including one to escalation, I’m out of an iPhone because they’re all out of stock.

After leaving I noticed that many channels that I subscribe to were not working, perhaps 30 premium channels. I called Telus but a recorded message said they were closed at that time and to call the next day.

@Fidomobile offers me $35 to win me back after switching from Telus due to bad deals and bad customer service. My bill comes and it ends up being $45 a month. I'm literally ready to leave again and never come back. My dad has had his Fido bill ****** up 4 times THIS MONTH.
