If you're curious, maybe interested for yourself, DM me and I can connect you with Jeremy at Telus. No incentive here. I just want to help him because his service was so impressive, and he spent so much time with me, over multiple calls.

@telus @TELUSsupport it may be time for us to severe relationship, you may not care about me leaving your network but I rather spend my money where it is appreciated. Customer is always king!

@bebe900 @elonmusk Rogers is downright awful, almost as bad as Shaw and roughly as ****** as Telus. Then there is the cost in Canada... You would think we are on Mars with the price of phone/internet service.

For 🇨🇦, I just did A BIG THING. I left Bell Mobility after >20 yrs, went to Telus. Black Friday deals great at both, I compared. Telus has a better, cheaper 🇨🇦🇺🇸 plan. Excellent sales rep, sold me. Best customer service I've had in years, w/follow-ups, no pressure.

@TariqAnwar00 I use Public Mobile (Telus). Super cheap plans, no contracts, monthly rewards that reduce your bill, trade off is that you need to go to their community forums if you need tech support as you can't call anyone for help, but I've never had issues.

@Telus I’ve been a customer for over 13 years. I’m so disappointed in how I’ve been treated today. I was able to do the exact thing with @virginmobile in 5 minutes. I’m at 3+ hours with Telus.

@Fidomobile offers me $35 to win me back after switching from Telus due to bad deals and bad customer service. My bill comes and it ends up being $45 a month. I'm literally ready to leave again and never come back. My dad has had his Fido bill ****** up 4 times THIS MONTH.
