@TELUSsupport Horrible customer service. I have tried calling 7 times now. The hold time is over 2hrs and the line cuts/hangs up at 2hrs. I’ve emailed 3 times. I can’t get through to anyone. I’ll never recommend this company to anyone. To ROGERS I go. #telus #crtc

@BanFoolish Oh we always do BYOD. Usually something stupid triggers us to be annoyed enough to say "you know what you don't want our business bad enough." Next up is Telus then Bell again for cellular. For ISP I guess it's Rogers then Bell Fibre.

@L_Fairy77 @TELUS I just switched to Telus after being with Shaw for years. The downside is Telus customer service, it is bad. You will wait at least an hour every time you call. Shaw would answer within 10-15 minutes every time.

@TELUS Eventually, yes. Three hours of being on the phone and still not getting any resolution. I changed my service from you in June after 20 years with your company, and the lack of respect and willingness to assist was unreal

@B_I_G___D @TELUS I typically get the call back and it works great. I honestly don’t have many issues with them and when I do, they usually rectify it really well. Getting to customer service sucks but their actual loyalty department is great.
