Just noticed @TELUS has Android smart watches. May be time to switch from @VirginPlus . Not sure why they insist on only offering 🍎watches when they sell Samsung phones. Poor sales plan.

@TELUSsupport Surrey, BC 5 days so far our apt floor. been without service and still telus can't get their act together. A tech came Saturday Sunday Tuesday and Thursday all said the same the Fibre line needs to be replaced and none came equipped to do it

@TELUSsupport Unfortunately @TELUS and @TELUSsupport lacks 'will' to resolve the issue and there is no escalation matrix policy. Since 5 months, its repetitive excercise to call, HOLD the phone for hours, promise and forget. Such bad experience with TELUS. Its really awful customer service!!

Update: apparently some amount was reduced off my bill but I won't know how much until next bill is received. The Telus "Loyalty Team" did a terrible job and ensuring my loyalty.
