@TELUS @TELUSsupport There’s nothing more satisfying than calling your customer contact service centre and being told your wait time is over an hour - regardless of time or day. Now that’s service. “Let’s make your experience a horrible one. The future is not friendly.”

Going to drop my ADT security system now that Telus bought them. Service is now as bad as everything else at Telus. Can't imagine having a break in and being on hold for half an hour when I call in.Been on hold for about 20 mins so far ..on a service issue. The worst!

Weird...looks like Telus's network is having issues connecting to Twitter. Been trying to figure out for the whole day why it's not loading on my computer and only my phone. Other sites are fine as well.

OK if you are reading this, then you are probably someone who particularly needs to know this but just in case: there seems to be a Telus-specific twitter problem today. I haven't been able to access twitter most of today, but turning a VPN on solved the problem. Weird!

Reading that #TwitterDown in #Canada is related to #Telus @TELUSsupport only, which would make sense since I can access it via VPN at any location. @Twitter say there is no problem their end. Others reporting this to Telus but haven’t seen any positive responses yet.

Our ISP has decided that twitter is bad which is true but I don't need Telus to tell me that

So actually, the only way that I can access Twitter right now is through a VPN. Apparently, it's a Telus service provider issue and I just so happen to have Telus. Of course. Not that it matters much because I haven't been here a lot, but I wonder how long it's going to stay.
