@TELUS @TELUSsupport There’s nothing more satisfying than calling your customer contact service centre and being told your wait time is over an hour - regardless of time or day. Now that’s service. “Let’s make your experience a horrible one. The future is not friendly.”

After being a loyal, paying customer at @FreedomMobile for 22 years I'm forced to change carriers. The poor customer service I've received today showed no loyalty. Who is the best? Bell, Fido or Telus? I'm actually unhappy with Freedom for the first time. #freedommoblie #freedom

@tempestimony @Martyupnorth_2 I went with Starlink, Telus is crap now. My bills are always wrong, all Indians on the phones and they never do their jobs.

Its nothing but issues with Shaw! Our whole system went down this morning, again , within a matter of 2 weeks. After 25 yrs of our business, Thank god Shaw is expiring in our household in July as it has gone to **** since the Rogers merger Horrible company. @Starlink or @TELUS is the only choice Starlink mini has been good in remote areas.

  • teewhyare1 Roadman T (@teewhyare1) reported

@Bell and their crummy customer service can take a back seat. @TELUS, you're back on the clock.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@tedwoodhead @cogeco Had to run out mid-way during Cogeco. They aren't wrong... but, they are paying the price for the other bad actors out there. Rogers, Telus and some resellers aren't exactly customer friendly and do screw people. Everyone pays the price for the bad apples.

  • TheHumbleLion_ MJ (@TheHumbleLion_) reported

Blunt honest truth, all these communication companies outsourcing to other countries is ruining their reputation, brand and integrity All to save a buck and keep shareholders happy....Keep jobs in Canada and US... Just awful @TELUS @Bell @Rogers

  • CoryBMorgan Cory Morgan (@CoryBMorgan) reported

@dmacpher Due to lack of towers in my area, Telus service was unusable. Starlink was a gamechanger for us though it is expensive

  • CarrieP04448074 Fringe Minority 9999 (@CarrieP04448074) reported

@Iam8lu3 @Starlink Speak for yourself! I love my starlink as its way better atleast in rural Alberta! Was with stupid telus for years and had internet that was about as bad as what dial-up used to be until Starlink came to Canada.
