    Okay North Nanaimo people - what's with the cell service? You get one bar in some areas (temporarily mine) and have the highest taxes in the city. It's totally ludicrous that any part of Nanaimo doesn't have cell coverage but this is beyond stupid. @TELUS fix it.

    @RogersHelps Well, I am trying to get in touch with the small business team regarding getting the charges on my wireless bill fixed for a fraud (confirmed by your team). 7 calls to the support team with over an hour long hold times and still no resolution.Time to move on to @TELUS @Bell

    @telus waited one hr 45 mins last week before talking to someone. Today on wait with tech support for an hour no luck yet for help. Canada Trudeau maybe you could make difference?

    @Shawhelp I’ve moved over to @TELUS as a result of your supervisor’s misogynistic attitude. I 💯% do not recommend @Shawhelp as a result of this terrible experience.
