@TELUS @TELUSsupport There’s nothing more satisfying than calling your customer contact service centre and being told your wait time is over an hour - regardless of time or day. Now that’s service. “Let’s make your experience a horrible one. The future is not friendly.”

@Devin_Heroux Devin it's pretty bad that only people with Telus can watch this on cable. Anyone with Shaw or Rogers can't watch the game

Apparently the way @TELUS/@TELUSSupport resolves serious issues is by choosing to go SILENT instead. Well, they can stay as silent as they want, but I certainly won't be. Absolutely disgusting, the way they as a company (and @TonyGeheran) are conducting themselves.

Hi @madebygoogle I love my Pixel 6 Pro but it's by far the phone with the worst signal strength I've had in my area. @koodo and @TELUS both have low signal normally but of the phone I've had this is the only one that has dropped calls and gone offline. I'm in the burbs.

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS that's the problem with these companies - they give you the deal to get you with them, then they don't give you any deal to try and keep you. You're better off switching back-and-forth to keep the cheapest offers... which is bonkers.

@kirst_alyssa @ChrisAkins2 @TELUS This - all the providers are so terrible at one time or another. I’ve felt badly ripped off by each of the big three, and doubled back around to Telus - who are actually doing much better this time around… so far
