@TELUS @TELUSsupport There’s nothing more satisfying than calling your customer contact service centre and being told your wait time is over an hour - regardless of time or day. Now that’s service. “Let’s make your experience a horrible one. The future is not friendly.”

  • dboyceMD Debra BoyceMD (@dboyceMD) reported from Peterborough, Ontario

@TELUS Telus pulling the old never returned equipment scam on my daughter. Do a Google search and see how widespread this is. She returned it 2 months ago through Canada post but they are threatening to wreck her credit if she doesn't pay $149 extortion fee.

  • AshleyBZhou Ashley Zhou (@AshleyBZhou) reported

@TELUS The worst company to deal with. Care so little about existing customers. Ignoring support msgs, lie about returning calls. No one should be doing business with you guys

  • ArifHimani Arif Himani (@ArifHimani) reported

@TELUSsupport Telus supervisor called and assured they will contact canada post and get back to me over a week ago. I am getting email from canada post to confirm if I got the delivery for the phone shipped as "signature required" item. How stupid they don't know themselves!!!!

  • ArifHimani Arif Himani (@ArifHimani) reported

@TELUSsupport If I do not hear back from telus by tomorrow with proper resolution to the ongoing issue I would be escalating it further by making an official complaint ombudsman office.

  • DLitz microarchitectural side-channel attacks (@DLitz) reported

I was happy with @TELUS internet service UNTIL I tried to cancel it (because the building is being demolished). Now, I'm canceling _all_ my Telus services at once, because I never want to go through this process again.

  • sunnywaters12 Becky Price (@sunnywaters12) reported

So I figured out why my satellite wasn’t working. Telus is a 3G network here and my phone was set on LTE. Who knew? Gotta blame somebody, as usual. I get my fair share of blame too.

  • a_darkcorner Forget 2050, Net F****d by 2022! (@a_darkcorner) reported

@Donna_Thorp_ @Mikeggibbs They use Bell's 5G network out east and Bell uses Telus' 5G network on BC and Alberta. Telus is also trying to get into the health market.

  • iansdoodle Ian (@iansdoodle) reported

@DoubleEmMartin Haha I can just visualize Canadians taking to the streets over this. Hell we don’t even bother to vote. We’d be in our pick up trucks with **** Telus or bell flags, texting up a storm.
