@TELUS @TELUSsupport There’s nothing more satisfying than calling your customer contact service centre and being told your wait time is over an hour - regardless of time or day. Now that’s service. “Let’s make your experience a horrible one. The future is not friendly.”

@good_ridance22 @theJagmeetSingh I know people paying $60-70 dollars with virgin mobile and now $25-35 with Telus. Bell made people switch because they had an outage and never told anyone.

@theJagmeetSingh Find Telus is better than bell, they ripped off customers and never told anyone about an outage they had. I know people who was with virgin mobile and now they are Telus customers.

@BittiegirlDonna @RogersHelps Actually I kinda lied, we use Telus for cell, have for over 10 years and never once had a major issue, a couple of minor ones but customer service really was excellent, and they're always helpful when we have questions. Now if we could just ditch Rogers I'd be happy!

The city’s heritage people do buildings and development. Like the province, there’s no support or strategy for heritage and thinking through these questions. And so we get the @TELUS Building ignoring the remnants of a diverse historical community. By the way…/8

@RogersHelps is the credit being given for the account or for each phone on the account....we have 4 people on acct that were put put by the outage...so it better be by phone...otherwise #telus is looking good right now!!
