@TELUS @TELUSsupport There’s nothing more satisfying than calling your customer contact service centre and being told your wait time is over an hour - regardless of time or day. Now that’s service. “Let’s make your experience a horrible one. The future is not friendly.”

@ @bettersafetynet I mean, yeah, this is nothing new. I had to deal with NSS for ~7 years, about 8 years ago. They kept saying they were going to make their own pcaps, but never did. All the Telus/FSC stuff was always there.

@DavidTaylorNYC @Cat74458367 @jkenney Where we are, Telus only offers internet service via the phone lines. Think about that. Dial-up speeds. And we are pretty close to a major city. They aren't properly servicing our area, how bad can it be in remote communities?

@TELUS @FriendlyFuture Hey Telus, get your on-demand service together..you're way behind the times. Shows should be available almost right after they finish airing...let alone the next day...let alone whenever it seems like you feel like it. You're an expensive service so act like it

@TELUS Your 5G network in my area ranges from 5mbps to 50mbps. If this is your 5G network, just skip it and focus on LTE
