  @TELUS @TELUSsupport There’s nothing more satisfying than calling your customer contact service centre and being told your wait time is over an hour - regardless of time or day. Now that’s service. “Let’s make your experience a horrible one. The future is not friendly.”

  @iPhoneinCanada Switched back to @Koodo from @Telus. $85 plan down to $45 is a no brainer. 5G just isn’t worth the extra $480+ per year. Took me over 1.5hrs on the phone.

  Last Monday after weeks of recording problems with my Telus Optik box a technician came to my home and installed a new one. In and out very quickly, not a Telus employee but rather a contract worker.

  @cmcalgary Just be aware it's a Telus bargain brand, so if you want to switch to get away from their network - it's the same one.

  @TELUS still requires employees to be vaccinated. I have been a Telus customer for several years (mobile & home services). Does anyone have any recommendations for different service providers for service in Alberta? I do not support forced vaccinations for employees. #cdn #ab
