Honestly if @Shawhelp was more transparent with this whole outage issue people wouldn't be upset. I just want to know if I will need to go to a friend's house with Telus Internet tomorrow for work or if I'm staying home and working. It's not that hard to give somewhat of an eta.

So @TELUS raised my bill by 50% out of nowhere, but meanwhile gives new customers 3x the speed for less than I was originally paying. Geez, thanks for being a long-term Telus customer, eh? :P

Didn’t think my signal could get any worse after being with telus. What’s going on @RogersHelps ? At least before I’d have signal in Bobcaygeon and now I don’t, takes forever for anything to send. Boooooooo

@Airtel_Presence My queries are remained unresolved. You are not understanding the problem and stating the same thing which I am strongly denying. I have not used any mobile data for that billing cycle.If you are billing for international data roaming then substantiate with evidence from TELUS.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SMITH AREA RESIDENTS, JULY 1. Both cellular and land-based telephone lines are out of service in Smith. Telus is repairing the service, however is not yet able to provide an estimated time for repair. Please watch the MD’s social media channels for updates.

@TELUSsupport Fun part is I already spoke to a telus customer service that my number is in the do not call list in your system and he also stated that even if it's in the DNC Telus marketing can still call since I have a service. Just wow what are the facts!

@BuNdOAVFC @RogersHelps Hey dude... Am switching to telus... Was getting 200-250mbps down on a Saturday night back in February or March ish.... Even better on Sunday nights like 400mbps now this.... Only 50 down... On an medal 200 ft cell tower with rogers/telus etc on it with in 15 ft of direct line1/2

@Bryson_M I just dumped TELUS who was charging me $85 a month for a measly 2 GB of data and charged me $40 in overages during the power outage.
