    @TELUS @TELUSsupport There’s nothing more satisfying than calling your customer contact service centre and being told your wait time is over an hour - regardless of time or day. Now that’s service. “Let’s make your experience a horrible one. The future is not friendly.”

    @TELUS just kept me on hold for an hour to then hang up on me and gave me no call back option to begin with. Just for me to call back to have to sign up for call back and wait another hour

    @Novusnow For Olympic Village, where we are down for Novus internet right now too, I feel like Telus was just here updating their fiber optics and may have sabatoged the Novus system somehow. Good luck little guy.

    @nationalpost Amazon operating like a telecom company. New recruits are treated offered the world until they are stuck, then seeya later *******! Not sure that’s a model I would be following. Am I right @TELUS Shaw Rogers etc

    @Bell_Aliant So yesterday I tried to get my two phones pulled over to bell from Telus after waiting for an hour was told I had to get them unlocked which I did and was supposed to get a call back to complete the switch but the call back never came

    @robynlisaflynn I have 2 phones, double the fun! in case of an emergency, my Rogers work phone will save me before my Telus personal line by about 12 seconds!

    @pearlsonally Don’t do freedom. Their coverage is garbage. I’m with Telus now which is the parent company of Koodo. Only reason I left Koodo was because they didn’t offer US plans. I miss them dearly lol.

    @RiotSupport I'm getting 'No internet found' after I tried to relog. I've never had this issue before and haven't been able to get in for an hour now. I've tried all that DNS changing/ rebooting computer and router etc. Any idea? ISP - Telus/ Canada
