    @TELUS @TELUSsupport There’s nothing more satisfying than calling your customer contact service centre and being told your wait time is over an hour - regardless of time or day. Now that’s service. “Let’s make your experience a horrible one. The future is not friendly.”

    After 10 minutes, they asked me about my Telus services. The proceeded to try upsell me. Massive bait and switch. “Stand With Owners” is in fact a massive lead gen scheme slowing down Canadian entrepreneurs. Shame on me? Sure. But shame on Telus.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS They are horrible now! I recently fought with them over a returned Bring it Back phone. Between the AI gatekeepers and the foreign service reps, I'm ready to leave when my contract is up late this summer. I filed a complaint with the CCTS. It's they only way I got any response!

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS They all bad. Took me exactly 12 months to close my satellite TV account with bell. They demanded return of already paid off obsolete receiver or pay $600 for it. Glad I did not toss it away after service was terminated.

    @TELUSsupport Your whole website was done last night. It came up later on, but with the site down, it also brought down the log in with Telus service

    @UnotheInvestor If it didn't have a good dividend it'd be @TELUS. Otherwise it's been @Brookfield BAM or Propel holdings. Both down over 14% since I've bought.

    @TELUS Telus sucks for the last couple of months. Data don’t work but keep paying bills. To add insult to injury, the care team told: though data is not working, calls and texts are still working, so you got the service.

    @yegwave Now they just need to lower there rates for data and phone usage. Telus and rogers have a monopoly up here. Im paying almost 600 a month for a family of 5 to have phones with basic plans. Where you get the same down in the states for 200 or less. No competition up here.
