    @TELUS @TELUSsupport There’s nothing more satisfying than calling your customer contact service centre and being told your wait time is over an hour - regardless of time or day. Now that’s service. “Let’s make your experience a horrible one. The future is not friendly.”

    @TELUSsupport i’m trying to cancel an order and Telus expert chat refuses to pass on the request and is demanding a phone number. I cannot take a call right now. I do not want a call back. I want to cancel an order. Any hope of my not cancelling it, has disappeared.

    @LarryChad19 @LeafRollin Do you think they would care? Check their quarterly earnings report for the last two years- net customer adds is not only positive but it exceeds bell and Telus combined

    Ironically, I am lucky my Telus phone plan has a lot of data so I can mobile hot spot for a few days withough insane charges. I had one major issue with Shaw in 15 years, since they were bought by Rogers, several.

    @Rogers I know it's only a drop in the bucket but I promise I will cancel my Rogers cable the second my contract expires and switch to Telus for this. Killing Fan960 is the last straw garbage move from this company for me.

    @christianAV6334 The US is the one that needs to put in the work and improve its network using AmpliTech radios. AmpliTech's radio has already been tested and is being used by a major Canadian carrier; TELUS.
