They can acquire guns on the black market for thousands of dollars at great risk to themselves but can't walk down to telus and buy an iphone and a laptop. These are criminals that are not broke in most cases and the degree's they have obtained are NOT in IT.

Can they sell their copper ? There will be little catalyst on the revenue side so they need to become a lot more efficient.
