@RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

@TELUS Either you need to hire more customer care staff or figure an online support service. Otherwise it’s just ridiculous to expect for someone to wait 2 hours for someone to speak with an agent. Such a pathetic customer service.

@rwesthead In what leading organization would you lose the support from Tim Hortons, Canadian Tire, Nike, TELUS etc. as well as multiple provinces yet still continue on like everything is just fine and no leadership changes need to happen???

@TELUSsupport This may come as a surprise, but since I never signed up for their service, I don't have any account to manage. I've requested a login code twice, and here's the shock, none show up. Why would telus add a fraudulent charge to my business account, then expect me to try and fix it?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport how is it acceptable to be on hold for 1 hour and 36 minutes today to speak to customer service about a billing issue? Disappointing to say the least. I’ll be looking elsewhere… $1800 per year x 10 years!

I felt mistreated from the moment I got there but didn’t say anything. I asked if I was at the right place to pick up my phone. I had the email pulled up and my phone in my hand (I never hand my phone to people unless asked). Matt L took my phone out of my hand wo asking. @TELUS
