@rollforlearning @Travisdhanraj Had the same issue with Rogers customers (most of my family) texting me (TELUS). Unless it was iMessage. Got about 55 messages at 3am that were sent the morning before

@RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

@TELUSsupport we live in the T2X postal code in Alberta, from morning we do not have internet. This is the second time there is an internet outage in 4 days and additionally today support line for telus support is not working as well (888) 811-2323). Is telus internet is reliable

@TELUSsupport I can’t even make calls and only have service for 1 min after a hard reset. I have u limited data that doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried calling but the call fails. I depend on Telus but it didn’t work out this time. I’m left with no connection at all to outside resources

@TELUS @FriendlyFuture How do we know if we are eligible? I live in Halifax, no power and have had VERY unreliable cell service since The hurricane. (Koodoo customer). Others places in Halifax are less impacted.
