@TELUS And the cherry on top! 45 minutes on the phone with customer care and my call drops. 😡 If I wasn’t sure this was retaliation at first, I am now. Ugh! 🙄

  • kinsonalley Allyssia Atkinson (@kinsonalley) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@TELUS I’m breaking my social media fast because of you. Is it just a coincidence that EVERY week for the last three weeks, ever since I spoke with an agent and advised them that after almost 10 years of PURE HELL with you, I’d be cancelling my service once my contract... [1]

  • stevesfs Steve Wilkie (@stevesfs) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

  • Beagles2mama Kelly (@Beagles2mama) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

I am not a Telus customer but love their tv ads because of the animals. The current one has a cute hippo in it.

@LSKinYYC @TELUS I hear you, its only going to get worse if the Shaw rogers deal goes ahead. There is already not enough competition in Canada. I see the ads for US service and there is no comparison to what we have to pay for a similar service.

  • MsLindss Laura Lindsay (@MsLindss) reported from Miltonvale Park, Prince Edward Island

@zeagan No Eastlink is by themselves- Telus and Bell have an agreement! Our internet at home has been really slow too

  • zephryus47 Carol (@zephryus47) reported

@LSKinYYC @TELUS I hope they were able to fix it for you. Its been weird for 5 months, had problems with phone & tv, have been on the phone many times trying to get things fixed. Have had techs here twice then this. Just annoying as hell. And I hate talking to computers. :).

  • thennamesrachel Rach (@thennamesrachel) reported

@thecaitdiaries @nthlstrgn 1) I am so sorry he didn’t make sure your stuff went over (I work for GBS but we sell for telus) 2)… poor man set himself up for failure when he said 20mins.. a data transfer & software update (iPhones all have one) take about an hour.. ugh I’m so sorry

  • markroseman Mark Roseman (@markroseman) reported

In all this talk of new “models” and “mechanisms”, does anyone see a solution that front-line family docs are likely to buy into (not just go through the motions to get paid… Telus Health does that fine) and that is truly scalable? Let alone affordable? Because I sure don’t.

  • ryan_dauphinee Ryan Dauphinee 🇨🇦 (@ryan_dauphinee) reported

Hey @Rogers because you guys couldn’t get your **** together, Im making the switch to @TELUS stop giving your customers the run around! Your retention team isn’t helpful at all.

  • n0ty0urcup0ftea CHEN YENG ♉ (@n0ty0urcup0ftea) reported

  • pegcityrunner PegCityMama (@pegcityrunner) reported

@ScottBilleck I was at an outdoor event, Telus network phones received 3+ alerts in rapid succession, Rogers phones got one about 45 minutes after Telus, and Bell didn't get anything.

  • Schesbalz Dana (@Schesbalz) reported

@balaneski Telus sucks. But I’ll prob stay with them forever. Lol

  • hattrick_72 John Spicer (@hattrick_72) reported

@Flagpole_Canada @DanielVyner @Rogers The region is small and they are allowed access to the nationwide network through regulation that Bell, Telus, and Rogers customers pay for.
